Anyone need customer service help via email or chat? I'm a professional!

Hey, everybody!

I'm new to ECF and new to vaping, but God... I love it!

Just wondering if any suppliers out there need help with responding to their customers' emails, or if there's any other way I can assist your business from a distance (I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin).

I will only do this for ONE supplier and will be willing to sign a non-compete agreement... But you need to have a good product and an already-great reputation.

Payment for my services is optional, because I truly just want to help. However, if things were to really pick up and this would take up a bit more of my time (5+ hours per week), I would want to work out some kind of payment plan.

ETA: I can also set up and maintain your Twitter/Facebook accounts! This would likely be quite time-consuming and would definitely require payment.


Qualifications:
  • Currently work in customer service for a locally owned/operated manufacturing company.
  • Lots of prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Timely response to emails/phone calls.
  • Have mobile device to allow for around-the-clock access to email.
