AVE always comes through for me and I have been ordering from them for almost 2 years. Takes about 5-10 days to get to me.
I've ordered a few times from Mt Baker now. Great juice, even better prices, and you can't beat the turn around time (though I see you are from Canada, so it might take longer for you, but if I order Sunday night before bed, they ship it Monday, I have it Wednesday, and it comes clear across the USA!)
AiV is a FANTASTIC vendor. They have astoundingly good e-liquids, fun accessories, quick shipping and their packaging and customer service is quite literally Rolls-Royce class.
They have recently moved to the opposite side of the country (from MD to NM) and they have seen a recent EXPLOSION in popularity, so they might be a little behind on their shipping (think 7-10 days instead of 3-5 days) but it's well worth the wait.
And when you get their package, be sure to take pics of it and post them--they pack their boxes like a Christmas present every day of the year. Even if you're not entertained by their delightful packing and attention to detail, you'll be impressed. Opening vapemail from other vendors is like getting box of new wrenches from Sears (useful, fun and utilitarian) but getting vapemail from AiV is like getting a Birthday "care package" your Freshman Year at college from your artsy scrapbooking Grandma... ;-)

Yeah I'm doing a Tour de E-Juice. I know some places like Ahlusion don't ship outside the US

I've used Mt baker before, fyi the juice will need to steep, but really good once that happens. Shipping is a little slow across the boarder but the prices can't be beat.
