There are a cpl chinese sites: heaven-gifts.com and healthcabin.net. I've only tried the Dekang juice thus far. Very cheap but it is not good. (but some people like it) I have HG and HC brand juices on order to try out.
There is a Thai site: icareless online store | OVALE Elips | iMIX | Dekang | E-Cigarette | E-Juice | E-Liquid | OVALE eGo-T (however he cannot ship right now because of the flood situation)

And I've also ordered some from the US to try out.
I got an email from icareless stating that they will ship Ovale juice so I bought a Cigar Light bottle. Let me know how the GH,HC, and American juice turn out.

Oh that is great...I will order from him as well. How do you like the Cigar flavor? I have tried Menthol, Texas and Strawberry. Menthol and Texas are good but Texas tastes like peanuts. Strawberry was bad.
I've gotten the juice from the US (cloudsofvapor) a cpl of days ago. It's very good and up-to-par with Ovale because I also like Ovale. However it is just as expensive as Ovale when you include shipping. You would have to order more than 60ml to better the price for ovale here locally

it is illegal to sell e-cigs AFAIK, however illegality for a lot of things is more of a grey area than black and white as in some other countries. You will see some small shop displaying cheap e-cigs along with flashlights, tools and misc things. There is no specialized e-cig shop AFAIK. The ovale resellers seem to be a bit more cautious probably because they are more serious or their stock is more expensive should it get confiscated. That being said there is no official task force or crack down on e-cigs. As far as personal use around the country, it's fine. I'm sure you can put your eliquid into your checked luggage.

Waiting for my order to arrive. Will let you know how the Cigar flavor is when it arrives.

What's the legal situation in Thailand nowdays? I noticed from web that there are Ovale shops everywhere, but I also read that it is illegal to bring e-cigs to thailand. Planning on my next vacation and bit of curious should I bring my own liquids or not.
I was traveling with a friend at the domestic airport and when his juice went through the bag Xray they opened the package. I explained that Thailand "has the same thing for sale". They did not confiscate it.

Same here. I bring in quite a few bottles in my hand luggage (coz I vape on every plane), and they often open up my hand luggage, I just say it's a smokeless cigarette, and it's electronic. Luckily they don't have a clue as to what it is.

If you want to smoke your ecig on a plane all I do is get the blanket they give you, and shove it over my head (making a mini tent type of thing) then hold the vapour in my lungs longer so I barely blow any vapour out. Funny thing was, I've done this on a few flights and the amount of people on the plane who do the same with the blanket is untrue!
