Has anyone had the chance to travel to Rome Italy with the ecig? Are they common there? Are there restrictions for Italy? Any info would be great.

Just left the other day, currently in Vienna. I was going to update the airport smoking lounge stickie.
E-cigs don't seem to be popular, but when asked at the airport by security, they seemed too know what one was. Carrying a Protege and a JS. Smoking rooms at airport seemed to be closed.
In public vaped just as I do in the US, don't forget a lot of analog smoking in Rome.
