I was looking for a strawberry extract and the company Beanilla came up in my searches. I ordered some of their strawberry and its pretty good. I've never been satisfied with the strawberry flavorings. They just never seem to quite catch the correct flavor for me. I've got a relatively expensive bought juice that uses a strawberry as a base flavor, and I just love it. Trying to get that flavor with isolated flavorings was not getting me where I needed to go, so I started wondering if they were using a house extraction or something like that.

i mixed a bit of this up at ah... 200 ul in 3 ml total, so... About 7%. Added some sucralose to sweeten. It's pretty good, surprisingly strong at 7%. The juice is a little darker than what i usually make. Not sure how its treating the coils. I'll check on that after this tank is done. If it works out okay I may try some more of their extracts. No idea about the safety of this extract, so there's that disclaimer.

They have an orange extract I was just looking at. I can't figure out if its an oil or if its in pg. It would be great to have a non-oil based orange flavoring. I'm sure they are out there, but I haven't tried any of them. If I place another order I'll get some and let you know what I think.

Vapor shots has one here. I've had good luck with their fruit flavors so far. I have that one but haven't gotten around to mixing it yet.

Might I ask which beans you've tried and which gave you the best result?

I've had terrible results as far as Extracting into PG. There has been too much Plant Matter and it has burned up coils very quickly. If you're going to Extract Vanilla for cooking use Vodka.

I have another batch extracting right now and hopefully I have addressed the problem.

I've never tried extracting from beans. Sounds interesting, but my airways don't tolerate vanilla very well, so I don't use it.

I heard back from beanilla and I think the lady said the orange extract is not oil. The way she worded it confused me a little. I haven't ordered any yet.

The strawberry is pretty good. I'm not using it by itself, but as a mixer flavor. It's got the tartness of strawberries for sure. Here's a mix that I ended up with after a couple of experiments.

4% TFA pear
3% beanilla strawberry
2% TFA vanilla cupcake
1% TFA tangerine
0.5% TFA brown sugar
Sucralose as needed (I think I used ~1 drop/30 ml)

The TFA tangerine is an oil, but I'm not using much here. I shake the crap out it to emulsify the oil, which makes it cloudy. The. I let it sit for a day or so to clear up. It gets clear, with a bit of schmutz on the sides of the bottle, which I assume is most of the oil adhered to other things in the juice. I pour the clear juice into another bottle and it vapes fine. The tangerine flavor is still detectable. The strawberry extract gives it a nice flavor that I haven't been able to get with artificial flavorings. It gunks the coils a bit, but it's not as bad as some premade juices I've bought.

I did notice that these flavorings contain potassium sorbate. I don't know about inhaling a preservative.

I don't know much of anything about potassium sorbate, but I know that VG, PG & PGA are all preservatives. That is one of the main reasons they are used in flavorings.
