I was goin to one store for my ejuice, I found it quite weak, the guy
gave me a taste of 7 or 8 juices, I said man I can;t really taste much.
He thought there was something wrong with me.

There is one guy in the city here producing his own brand of ejuice.
Up until a few weeks back, his brand was the only one on the shelfs in
any local e store, and it's all over the country now, I can't really taste it
after 3 or 4 vapes.

While I was looking for his website I came across a new store around the corner
from his store in tow, they have this dekang range of flavors.

My first impression of the candy floss, has a kind of weird burnt sugar taste i think, definitely sweeter, stickier.
It's definitely sweeter and the taste is kinda nice, but still I find after a few vapes the taste is gone.

Now I'm hear again and I got to come up with 5 posts just to ask 1 question.

Anyway what you think of the dekang range?

it's a Chinese juice that's been around for as long as vaping has been around. Years ago I tried one of their juices and it wasn't bad for a juice from China. But frankly, I don't trust my e-liquids to china. The quality juices being produced in the states makes them obsolete for me.

How long have you been vaping? If you are a relative newbie, vapers tongue is very common. Some juice lines allow one to add flavor shots... so you might want to look into that.

I used to vape Dekang - their coffee used to be my all day vape until I started DIYing. However all the ones I tried have a similar underlying taste. No idea what it is but it's definitely there. The dekang taste is quite strong (I always found) so maybe it's your tastebuds.

As for trusting the quality of Dekang, I'd rather trust the industrial scale that they manufacture on rather than something somebody has mixed up in their garage.

    I've always enjoyed DK-Tab (Turkish Amercian Blend) and a few other tobaccos by Dekang.

    There's a video of their facilities floating around on the net. By the looks of it, Dekang takes great measures to provide a quality product for the price.

    Dekang have superb quality control but their ethics are 'flexible', by our understanding of such issues.

    Their clean-room production facilities are top-of-class, and they have the funds and facilities to ensure high quality feedstock and product. But as anyone who has had extensive dealings with Asian suppliers will know, they think differently to westerners. Suppliers in that part of the world:
    - Have no concept of acting in the spirit of an agreement rather than to the letter (in other words they will do what the contract says and not a single thing more);
    - They have no concept of trying to improve the product's unseen factors in order to improve overall quality (work to do better without payment is an alien concept there);
    - They have no concept of our understanding that if something may be unwanted or even harmful then it shouldn't be in the product even if no agreement has been made about that specific ingredient.

    Therefore, an Asian supplier exporting to the USA will happily supply a product with a 1.9% DEG inclusion if the FDA import rules say 2% is allowed before the product will be blocked from import; and if there are no rules on diacetyl or similar, then they will be used.

    You can't build a Rolls-Royce in China as the entire culture is different, they couldn't even begin to grasp the fundamental concepts required to make something the best even if you are not being paid specifically for that. They do other things better than us, I'm not trying to suggest they are 'worse' or something - just different. For example their clean-room technology for vaping product production was far better than ours, far earlier, and in most cases still is. They just think differently in terms of supply contracts, what high quality actually means, and so on.

    I have evidence for all these statements and a lot of experience over there with suppliers - baseless rumour is of no use to me.
