Parallel coils? Yup. To calculate in steam engine, set it to twisted with the twist pitch to 0.

Definitely, I do it a lot actually.

These are SS316L Juggernaut coils parallel with some KA1. I think it was 20 or 22 gauge...

This guy isn't parallel but twisted. It's Superfine MTL Clapton in Ni80 with 24 gauge KA1
