I just recently placed 2 orders at FT, both using the USPS Expedited shipping (which is DHL Ecommerce, delivered by USPS). One order should be shipping shortly. The other...well, probably at least another week.
The one that will ship soon has coil heads and the other has mods, RDAs and a bunch of accessories/parts.
why should we support this crap from fast tech
Hell, from a nic company in China it was 3 days to my door DHL for under $20
I think that's the best way to handle customs. Just overwhelm them with bunches of small orders. I currently have 5 pending orders, 3 from FT and 2 from Sourcemore, none of which have reached the USA yet. If they get hit with too many vape packages, they're not going to abandon the big prize of narcotics and weapons, for a few drip tips or a box of coils. Keep on ordering, folks.
Until Congress and the media start reporting that "teens" are ordering vape gear from China to thwart PACT Act. Then USCBP will be ordered to do something, at least for while. But it'll be a hell of a job for them.
Now if the US gets rid of Epacket, that would kinda solve that problem by seriously reducing all consumer orders from China, including vape, but there's no way that's gonna happen.
4) tried to fund a Gift Card but the increments JUMP from $25 to $50 so it goes way over my total price.
OK thanks - that's what i was wondering - emailed FastTech Customer Service & asked them if "two or more gift certificates can be used on ONE order".... You can pay for 1 order using both of them then. You just click to use the $25 one, and it'll reduce the amount due by that $25. Then click to use the lower priced one...and it'll apply it to whatever remaining amount was due. The small amount left will remain as a balance on that GC.
I have three very small orders highest cost one being $13 The other two under a dollar. I actually ordered the first one at the beginning of the month and paid for ePacket for that one and it's actually lagging behind more than the other two which I used the free shipping option expecting them to get here sometime between Christmas and Easter of 2022. But apparently the cheap ones are actually shipping faster for me right now but I do believe the other product will eventually make it this way. They do have the option of having it come in a package that does not have fast tech written on it but it still has all of the legal aspects that are necessary. Like it has to have the proper address etc but you can request that they remove the labeling as far as the name of the company. There's literally a check box option no clue if that's going to make it better or worse. I think postal services do know about FastTech but as we all know FastTech sells many different things and on a scanner they're all going to look very similar to electronics. Anyway one of the small order items I had them not put fast tech in the other I had them just label it normally so we'll see what happensAnyone try ordering from Fasttech since the shipping ban? I mean they always labeled their packages as "Electronic parts" or "screws" and innocuous things like that. So I was wondering if they could still get stuff through or if customs was x-raying and confiscating that stuff.
What shipping ban?
