Anyone use gearbest?

Hello, just wondering if anyone has used gearbest ?
I made a order on 23/9. The item say will be shipped after 27/9.when I messaged the support team they said please wait another 7-14 days but seems like a copy n paste message.i have read mixed reviews but unfortunately after ordering, my bad.
I understand for the price it was at,I will have to wait, that's not a problem aslong as I do get the goods.
Anyone used this company?

I have ordered a few things from them. A cheap rda clone and a coil winding tool. It did take a little while to arrive so I would have a little patience. It is coming from China so distance = time. Everything I ordered was good quality and I was satisfied. If it is something that is urgent then I would try to get it from a local supplier or even a store locally.

hi @Tony R. I've not used them, but from what I've read shipping times is the largest complaint with them. I could be wrong, but I believe China is on vacation until the 7th or so.

Thank you for the welcome,also a very prompt reply,I have only been vaping 3 weeks on a kanger evod and want to upgrade, hopefully only the once, so i have ordered a Smok xcube 2 for under £40 in a promotion they had running, also 4 Samsung 25rs, nitecore d2. Was a great price so I'm happy to be patient, it's is my first time dealing with the company with mixed reviews on a Google search, I thought I would ask. Also got my first post

It might be that long. Sounds like you're getting a great deal. I will share my little trick for ordering from Chinese companies: I forget I ordered from them. That's it. Then when I get the package, it's like a present I wasn't expecting. I know that may sound a bit ridiculous, but when ordering from them or fasttech, that's really the best policy. It will eventually get to you, I just wouldn't put it on a time table.

You are correct, I already want coil building kit and a few extra tanks, so I can have a few flavours going at once.. I've already started DIY'n my own juice.. ToneBrew#1 is on 2nd week of steep..I only ever bought 3 bottles from a shop and down to 3mg..but it's all fun and my health is improving everyday, you can't put a price On that. I ordered a Starre not the pro version and paid an extra $1.80 for tracking.

It took them 3 days to ship. Reasonable.

From this point in time it's on the shipping company and not on them.

I've been waiting about one and a half months for my order to arrive. Apparently if you choose the free shipping method it will take forever and there will be no tracking, plus they are telling me to wait til mid oct. to see if it comes in order to do anything. Worst experience shopping from a chinese vendor yet. Why risk it when u faster more reliable vendors from china. My 2 cents

Hi Chrissie, yea I'm from the the uk.. I can wait, I think they work on back orders, as they still selling the item every night on a flash sale, but don't actually have the item in stock, they will probably place a order with Smok when they have sold 500 items.

I placed an order with them for some Youde UD Kanthal wire spools on
August 10th (Over 2 months ago) and still waiting for the packages to

Your so right! I always pay the extra for tracking! When I pay extra for shipping from Fasttech I will get my order within 14days. It is small price to pay because they are so cheap.

I received a email dispatched my items, but not the battery's will come later..I also received some coils yesterday I totally forgot about.. Nice bonus.
