Very disappointed in the Nautilus with the current BVC coils.
I put in a 70 VG excellently flavoured juice in it last night and it was like sucking on a car's exhaust pipe. Zero taste, very poor wicking but there was enough vapour produced. The fault obviously lies in the structure of the bvc coils that seem only suited to the thinnest of juices…but there are so many reports of peeps doing max VG juices on them with no problem…very confusing. In my own experience it failed to deliver with 70VG. I have read there is a manufacturing defect in large batches of these that aspire has acknowledged….I bought mine from a reputed US online shop so I wonder if they sold me these dud ones knowingly just to clear stock..
Followed all the guidelines to a T as well….primed the could head with 7-10 drops, did 10-20 dry pulls, let it sit there for over 30 min to soak the coil….did not work.
Changed it out to 50VG and its now working fine….on the same coil….getting the true NET flavour nicely.
It's now useless because almost all my liquids are 70VG.
I have some Triton Mini 1.2s coming so wonder if those will work…altho it would kill me to waste one precious coil just to find out. Anyone tried this?
