Anyone using 10440 batteries?

There's a couple of the ultraslim mods out there that I like for being out and about. If I recall correctly, both use the 10440 batteries. Assuming the use of standard atomizers or cartomizers (as opposed to LR), what kind of battery life do you get out of these? Living in the middle of nowhere, when I venture out, it's usually around a 3-4 hour trip and just wondered if I'd need to be carrying several batteries around with me.

I use the 10440 batts in my Joye stick V3. I use both regular and IMR (high drain) 10440 batts. I don't use the Joye much, but the 3-4 hour mark is typically what I have experienced to be the life of a fully charged 10440. Obviously this can vary somewhat depending on your vaping style, but I always just threw an extra batt in my pocket if I knew I was going to be out for the day.
