Anyone Vape Indoors at Work?

I work retail and I vape at work, but not in front of customers (out of respect for them and my workplace). Half my coworkers take cigarette breaks and half vape as I do, and we're all very respectful of customers, but when there's nobody in the store, we're letting it rip. I have one manager that requested I only vape in the backroom and outside, and another that rolled her eyes at her and told me to just not do it in front of customers, so I change my habits depending on who I'm working with!

Work in a Government Vehicle Maintenance shop. Haven't found any Army regs against it and my supervisor doesn't mind. So I vape wherever I'm using my computer to use manuals, order parts or do paperwork. Have no partner in my bay which is the size of an average two car garage. Tho, I keep vapor production down so as not to tempt anything. Have actually converted a few coworkers.

I'm not allowed because I work in a dry cleaners and any kind of smell in there can put off the customers, even a very faint, nice smell. That said, I cover the shop by myself on my manager's day off, so he would never know!

My uni bans ecigs anywhere other than the smoking shelter. I've only made the switch during the Easter break, but I'll mostly stick to this rule as I don't want to get told off. Only mostly because I did used to smoke in other (outside) places sometimes, and will probably vape even more in those situations, as it's a lot less likely to get noticed due to the lack of smoke smell.

We can smoke at work,so they have no problem with people vaping there..
the place pretty much smells like ... anyways ,so any flavors hitting the air that people pick up on usually has them asking what flavor it is..

most there are switching over now to vaping, always there is someone new showing up with a twist,or coming over by me asking to check out my gear..

i blow clouds or just relax vape..just depends on my mood and how much stuff i feel like dragging with me to work that night..

I work in food service. But yeah, I still vape. Half of my managers (I have 4 I work with) do it and they have no problem with me doing it in the back around the ovens, or even at the front counter when the place is dead. I let a coworker rip my epipe and someone else saw it, he instantly got salty and went and cried to one of the managers who vapes. He legit didn't care. :2cool:

I'm just sitting in there and low and behold in comes the top guy at the plant that doesn't even smoke..lol

We talked for a bit..
He say's,na i don't smoke, but i like a vape or two at the parties i go to on the weekends..stuff tastes good what can i say..

I replied to that saying,That's awesome.
lol
It was totally cool seeing him in there..
3 supervisors on 3rd vape as well..

vaping has me talking with people that i have never talked to before at work..years of never giving anymore than a nod on passing by..

the social interaction that gets created is just awesome i think..
