Anything to worry about here?

So, I'm thinking about homebrew and went looking for PG & VG suppliers (links below). The glycerine, although meeting EU food additives regulations, appears to contain arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium. Tiny concentrations, but given how much we do this, is there cause for concern, and crucially, does all glycerine contain these elements or have I just picked a crap supplier?

To be fair, all these elements are present in cigarettes, and my own feeling is I probably take in more of this stuff just breathing city air, but I thought I'd flag it up. I'm getting my knickers in a twist about the whole PG vs VG thing at the mo.

emp in dr loi's interim report he mentions that the nic solution inadvertanly contains these metals but in such small trace amounts, it is of no concern. do i trust the doc? jury is still out.

To be honest dc, it's still harm reduction. All that crap is in hot fags, and on fire as well...

I don't think individual components of a compound tell you much. salt for example is sodium chloride. pure sodium will explode when in contact with any moisture. i don't know about you but french fries have never blew up in my mouth =D chemical things just don't behave the same when a new compond is formed
