i really do, the new version is amazing to me, looks good, comes fully apart, the button rocks, menu isnt that difficult, not the easiest but not hard, it is verstaile and feels great and for the money its untouchable

I got mine late friday so I have had all weekend to use it...
Great customer service from Gotvapes again I ordered on wednesday and had it Friday.
The menu system takes a little getting use to. It is light weight and very well constructed, T3s fit no problem.
It is an awesome mod.

Got my Black V1 Yesterday.
After charging the battery, I began to play with it a bit.

1) this thing is solid! The threading is just right and doesn't want to come apart on it's own, it has a solid..quality feel to it.
2) Display is clear, bright and easy for these old eyes to read
3) I'm loving VW mode and being able to change between different resistance devices while maintaining the same quality vape
4) Menu is easy to figure out and easy to navigate
5) It fits my T3's, EVOD's and Phoenix CE3's perfectly. I can even use my ego cone with my CE3 making for a nice finished look.
6) It makes my T3's slightly less airy
7) flat top 18650 battery fits great, strong spring makes sure there are no rattles.
8) Balance is just right, it feels good in the hand. Substantial, but not heavy.
9) Quality of vape is excellent!

Time to nit-pick....
1) I'm left handed and the screen orientation is better for a right hand orientation. A V2 might be better for lefties
2) A couple of times it stopped working for some reason. Pulling the battery for a moment fixed it. Very intermittent and I will monitor to see if it is a real problem. Edit: Twisting the spring 1/4 turn solved this.
3) I wish it didn't constantly cycle between "Anyvape" and the display setting...I KNOW it's an Anyvape.
4) Finish while excellent is a tad slippery and not the gripy coating I'm used to with my Spinner. I'll quickly get used to that.

Bottom line: I really like this thing

@Harplayr - Try playing with the spring. Sometimes they don't have a good contact and that causes an intermittent issue.

I received two V1s today. A blue and a red. The blue one has a cockeyed display but it vapes very nice. My only usability issue so far was the 510 connector on the blue one wasn't machined as well as the red one. I had to work it to get it make connection with my tanks and I have to screw them on tight to get the connection. The red one's 510 connection is much better. A T3 worked no problem but my T2 will not make a connection. It looks like the center pin in the 510 connector is deeper than most other devices. Other than that the blue one is vaping well. The red one was put away after testing it quickly to make sure it worked. Got the 18350 tubes with both also, so I can use them with 1X18650, 1X18350 or 2X18350. I like the lighter weight than the Vamo and the overall fit and finish is decent.

True

Same problem as with the V1.0.

I found that after awhile it gets sticky from hand moisture(V1.0). I was hoping these new ones had a bit more texture.

Bottom line: I really like this thing

Thanks for the report.

Is the black dark or is it somewhat washed out?

I don't think the spring is the issue. It's a tight fit and if I try shaking it there's no rattle. I'll wipe the spring and battery connection with some isopropyl alcohol to see if that helps. Maybe there's some oxidation or something. It's only happened a couple of times, so I'm not too concerned unless it happens more frequently.

I also got the short tube, but am waiting on 18350 batteries to test it out. "Stubby Mode" should be great for pocketability.

Same as with the V1.0. My unit doesn't rattle when shaken so I figured the spring was OK. Might have to try that if it happens again. Hasn't happened recently though.

Found the same issue on the V1.0 with my T3's. Needed to raise the T3 post on a couple.

Considering your post and Harplayr's, looks like they really didn't address the known issues with the V1.:(

What I meant was to grasp the spring and turn it in the cap about 1/4 of a turn. Sometimes that will cure the issue you are having. Others I know had a similar issue and turning the spring slightly solved the issue for them.

no its not about keeping thoughts to yourself paddy, i apologize if it came off like i that i just woke up 10 minutes ago lol, we lova ya, i mean until you have one lets not make blanketed statements which might lead others to think there is massive issue when there is not, not specifically you but in general, people hang by our posters words as the word of god, if there were massive issues we would remove any product , we tested the anyvape many time before we sold them and as we stated many changes were made, the whole top unit is new compare to version 1, the connector is built into it and not the top cap, the mother board is new and not the same, i have used nipple and none batteries with no rattling on 4 units, i had none of them give me any issues at all. i did notice on a v2 ans 1 v1 were the screen wasnt aligned perfectly and even spoke to them about it and they admitted its extremely difficult to get them all 100% aligned because of how they designed it so there might be a few were the screen isnt as aligned as they would like but hasnt been a issue here. and of coarse of someones is doa we have the ticket system for it.

as i mentioned in the other thread, if one person has a issue with a mod or a carto it doesnt mean everyone will, we would know if there was major issues on any products. I hope you get to try it paddy, its really a great solid unit with excellent performance as many have stated and improvements have been made, we like the feedback because we speak to anyvape daily and report any thing to them to help them further improve things for all of us and they listen.

I hope I didn't start something here with my first impressions, because I think this is a GREAT PV. It has met all my expectations and far exceeded them in most areas. I think the build quality is excellent, provides a great vape, works with my beloved T3's, EVOD's, ViVi's and Phoenix's wonderfully and I'm loving having a VW device because I'm just too plain lazy to change voltage when I change my clearo :)

Six months ago I wouldn't have dreamed of being able to get a device with these features and quality at this price point.

sure i can ask them to check and see what changes can be made, they are very open to that, that was something as well i would like to see, to speed the pause up form anyvape to setting, i will mention that to them, and you can all give us constructive feedback as to what you would like me to mention to them to add as improvements and such in future runs. did you say you were getting rattling?? because i tried many batts and both tube sizes on many of them and i dont get any rattling no matter how hard i try.

Harplay not at all, we want you all to discuss the products, and let us know what you like and dont like, my point was not everyone will have the same thing happen to them with their unit, mod, carto, tank in general. One person might see a poster say my Vapeonly/t3 is vaping right and then assume they are all like that with any product. if anyone compares the recalled ones to the new units there are actual changes and they are much improved. you will not hear me say the are perfect, nothing is, even the usa expensive mods, i can find faults all day long in most of them, but that doesnt mean they are bad or having massive issues. at the same time im alot more critical when i spend 100 dollars on a tank or 200 dollars on a mod.

On mine everything fits nice and snug like it should. The battery does not rattle no matter how hard I shake it and the threads are just about perfect and won't loosen by itself. My T3's also fit better and don't have the slight wobble like I had on other PV's.

Man I really want the all black v2 with the black button ring... But alas since I am not working and in school my budget is way too skimpy right now. Other than the minor goofy things with the menu these things just keep sounding better and better....

Look at it this way.......by the time you're ready to buy one......it'll probably be all fixed :D
