Actually, Doritos would be a fairly healthy breakfast. They're a sugar-free, corn-based complex carbohydrate with 0% transfat.

As long as the portion isn't over the top, would be approximate equivalent to toast and margerine but without all the crap that's in white bread or margerine. Heck of a lot healthier than a sugared-up kids cereal, too.

But I'ld go for the cold pizza........
