Depends on which ce2. Stone tanks, not without an adaptor, same goes for startdusts, or anything with ego threading. Vivi nova etc. yes...

This has the same threading, but the website talks about only using high resistance stuff on this. Just want to make sure I'm not gonna damage anything. It's a CE2 Plus Clearomizer.

You're probably going to want to stick to higher Ohm CE2s CC. 3 ohm and above, it will depend upon the voltage you vape @
