I'm 34, doc says I have the joints of an 80 year old woman add that to the chronic daily headaches and all the other, as my doc says "fibro like symptoms" since he doesn't seem to want to actually say "you have fibromyalgia" and I just feel plain old and broken.

Have you considered visiting a chiropractor? I've been plagued with back issues since I twisted mine at 15 (36 now) ... and in just a couple of weeks, most of my major pain points have already started to hurt less.

So true. I just finished a nutrition class in college. Most of the illness we suffer from, including cancer, (which I was treated for 2 years ago) can be fixed with proper nutrition. We eat too much processed food!!
