You have to negotiate for water rights title separately from property title.
Technically, by law, you have no rights to the water unless you buy the water rights to the property in many states. You don't automatically get them when you purchase the property.

After I hit submit I remembered you don't own water rights. Just like in reality you really don't own any of the property except when it comes to paying taxes on it.

Thanks! It must have worked. This test had twice as many questions as the quiz I did the other day, but was much easier than the quiz. My grades for this week will be posted at midnight. I have a good feeling about the first quiz and the test, not such a good feeling about the second quiz though.
