I have some cafe coffee that's really strong, maybe 4-6 drops in a 30ml batch, with some chocolate or caramel, de-lish!

I picked up some chai tea a few months back...I still need to tweak it some, but I've had some really good vanilla chai I bought at a b&m a while back, B4DIY.

Yep, trimming hedges, cutting grass, raking up leaves, just a few of the many joys of being a homeowner. Almost makes me miss apartment life, lol.
