    Plug into usb (connected to either a computer or wall plug) while it's off and while it's on. See if that fixes the problem.

    Also, if this is the mod you have, realize that this is merely a rebranded eleaf istick Melo mod made by eleaf for TW. Point is, when looking for info/solutions on the Arc Evo you can also search using "istick Melo Mod".

    This seems to be a voltage problem, most vapes have voltage protection (this is why u see some cheap vapes explode as they don't limit the wattage and draw more power than they can handle) so say if your battery is letting out low voltage the voltage protection won't let it go over what it can handle I would get a new battery.
    Damaging a battery is very easy and the most common can be: leaving a battery on charge over night and letting a battery fully drain.
    I'm not an expert though
