Well I have been holding off on this review for a couple of reasons. 1.) I am still waiting on a replacement batt to be sent out, but I have enough contact with the owner/operator to feel confident enough to write this out and if something happens with the replacement other than what has been promised I will be sure to post an update.
I have placed 2 orders so far with this vendor, 1 to buy 2 ego kits, about 25 carts and 4 attys. The order took 1 week from order to my door, which is rather long compared to some other vendors but hey, this guys in Alaska from goodness sake. Also he ships USPS priority, so that does help a little.
The order came and all was good, he even sent a sample of peanut butter cup which quickly became my new fav. But (as I mentioned earlier) I had an issue with 1 of the batts which stopped taking a charge all of a sudden about 2 weeks later. So I contacted Dan and he offered to send me a new one, after I sent back the defective one. The issue at that time was that he was waiting on a batt shipment from his supplier--and still is from our last contact with each other. But he assured me he would send a new one out as soon as they get in.
My second order was for a 30ml bottle of peanut butter cup, which as I understand it they brew in-house. Some peaches n cream juice, 25 more carts, 2 attys, and an ac adapter as the kits he sent did not come with one. Well again, the order took 1 week to arrive, but was missing the AC adapter. I emailed Dan again, and he apologized and promptly sent one out.
Communication has been great, and their products seem to be pretty good too. One minor thing I was disappointed about was the ego kits I got were not joye, but bauway. They work well, but I try to stick with the joye products when I can. My original ego from cignot is still kicking ..., and wanted to get one for my GF and an extra for me. So, I gave the GF my batt while we wait for the replacement.
So, to sum it all up, there has been a couple of 'bumps' along the way with this vendor, but he has been more than willing to make things right, and ever threw in 2-10ml bottles of juice with the AC adapter which came in today. All in all, I'd say they are a great vendor. Shipping time is kind of slow but again, they are in Alaska so that's kind of out of his hands. The prices are great, and I especially like their carts. They seem to be joye, and hold up much better than madvapes carts.
