The "burnt" appearance on the wick around the coils refer. Is this caused by using cheap liquid
or is it dependent on the type of wicking material used?
I'm sitting with the same prob, i have the i clear30 and when i change flavour i steam clean the coil, the "burnt" appearance seems to stay in the wick. i then do a dry burn to clean the coils and its vapes like the day i got it.
i'm at a miss concerning e liquids, for some reason the stuff is just weak in favour. ive tried 3 different brands already,
is it sappose to be like this ? maybe i'm also using the cheap stuff u talking about
I'm making my own now - order the nic and flavouring overseas and get the PG and VG locally. I see you are looking at Fasttech for hardware. If you want premade reasonably good quality juice at a reasonable price, you could order some of their Liqua juice.
There is a guy on this forum looking at making DIY kits soon. Check out the threads and maybe PM him if you're interested!
I ordered a couple of bottles of dekang juices from FT, they look like 100% PG juices and they taste like the cheaper cooldrink concentrates I grew up with... Good thing I ordered 24mg and could dilute them to 18mg by adding some VG (75/25 PG/VG). So all in all not terrible, you still get your nic. Just wish I didn't order so much of the stuff.... Liqua flavours from them are the real thing (70/30) and there hangsen are 80/20 PG/VG. I haven't tried them but some of the flavours sound good. As soon as I recover from the stuff I just bought. Looking forward to the local DIY though.
