I know that a lot of people in the US are stock piling but are Canadians up here doing the same. Don't know what is going on in the courts down south but sure it will effect everybody, specially if Phillip Morris has things go their way. Personally I'd be better safe than sorry.
My stock pile,
10 M401 Atomizers (plus a 2 metre roll of Nichrome wire for rebuilding)
12 M401 batteries (working also on a Cisco lazer mod)
500ml of e-liquid (high strength so it can be cut)

also, have 7 brand new starter kits of J118s (was going to use this model but then changed my mind) now they are sitting around for friends as one by one they are switching to e-cigs,

Hardware is fine. If you stock nic juice you should be fine for a few years.

Totally agree. As long as I got some battery connectors, I can make my own mods so I don't worry about hardware. Attys i'll make sure i keep some extra but even juice isn't a worry. I can get PG and VG anywhere and snus is just about everywhere I go here. So really, attys are really the only thing I need to worry about.

Quite a few people spoke with HC directly (including myself) and confirmed that the hardware, if shipped without nicotine, is not subject to any restrictions, so unless something changes I'm not worried about even the atties. I do keep a pretty good supply though just in case :)

Keep in mind that in California they tried to go after the hardware, rather than the nicotine. I am stocking up on mega 510 batteries and atomizers. As soon as I find a liquid I really like, I will stock up on that also.

Misty - what was in the letter? I'm thinking of reordering but it'd be good to know what they said before I do.

Did they issue a warning with possible consequences if you tried it again! 8-o

Of course, if they threaten a spanking, I'm going to hurry and put my order in. Nothing like a good spanking. :D

Hi Can_supplier:)
Health Canada refused nicotine juice ..hardware is allowed and as long as not combined with carts or ejuice..
We have one Canadian member that was actually a US visitor..(fisherpal? not sure whom right now..!) Once she rec'd the letter, she called and had to send them proof she was a foreign visitor and the package released without problems.

Its the hardware you need to worry about.Thats why i have 2 chucks and 200 attys! The Chuck is undestructable. And i avg 2 attys a month befor performance drops or die!I also have a little juice hehe!

I don't see why one would have to worry about hardware. Battery mods can be made, only the attys that are not easily made but its doable.
