Are DC's good at 6v?

Are the 1.5ohm Dual Coil Cartos good at 6 volts? Thoughts?

I would not recommend it myself, I have the 1.5 ohm and 2.0 ohm DC Cartos and the 1.5's are pretty much maxed out at 4.4 on my Provari, that is the highest I can vape them and still get good flavor. I can take the 2.0 Ohm ones all the way up to 6 and they perform incredibly.

I just picked up 2 1.6 Ohm XXXL DC's today and have yet to test them out but I am sure they will not only hold a whole barrel of juice, but they should also be just right for me at 4.2 V on the Provari as well. We'll see how that pans out

I'VE herd some say they like them that hot i personaly havn't pushed them that high.I take 2.0-2.5ohm dc's up to 5-5.5volts on provari and they are awsome!

ive done 1.5ohm DCs at 6.4 volts. works fine. Each coil is actually 3ohms so it dosent melt or anything. I read a guy that tried them at 8volts..fk that tho lol

and as for 'good', if you like a hot vape then yeah its good. I prefer 3.7-4.4, anything more seems to hurt flavor on anything for me

It depends on the juice. Some juices will scorch. Some won't. As to the heat - well, that's going to depend on your vaping style. Three or four short drags gets the outside of the carto fairly warm, but with the right juice it's a good vape. Chainvaping four or five long drags is enough to make it hot enough to be uncomfortable to touch the outside of the carto. And, that fifth drag is probably enough to burn the roof of your mouth a little.

Some juices I have I run around 4.2 to 4.4v with the 1.5 ohm DCs. A couple of juices I use are really nice on a 5.0v regulated mod. I seldom (but do occasionally) run the 1.5 ohm DCs at 6.0v

It is a warm vape, a bit too warm for me but it does work fine. I was testing out a DC in a DCT on my GGTS and it works fine at 6V.

I'd be afraid to hit 6v on my DCs with my liquids. 5v makes em taste like burnt pewp. 6 would be unbearable lol. Vapor and heat would be too much, too.

Edit: Just hit 6.5v. Yes it works *cough*

I run mine @ 5 till they get towards the end of their life then switch to 6 volts and it kick starts them again without scorching the juice. I get another day or 2 out of them that way.

I've had terrible luck with the D.C. cartos on my 5 volt mod. I get a couple decent hits at first then the nasty taste starts. I've tried several and none of them seem to wick fast enough. I don't baby them and try to hit them easy, I expect them to hold up to long , heavey hits. I'll stick to my Boge SR 510s they can handle it.
