Are e-Cig makers mostly about packaging?

I am wondering with many e-cig makers including new ones like Blu, whether they are actually producing their own e-cig or are they just putting the same components everyone uses but in their own wrapper? In other words are these guys sourcing atomizers and the like from the same vendors or are they making their own?

Yes. They buy crappy widely available cheap e cigs and put them in packages and sell them for 6 times too much. Like Smoking Everywhere.
