Are E-cigs legal?

I have been here of ECF for a while now reading reading all this all that and more.

I think with the May 5th crap, I got a little mixed up, please help

ARE THESE LEGAL?

Like I said I hear banning, FDA spokesperson saying illegal to import and sell, seizures, not passing customs, etc.

I just wanna know if I can sell to my friends/family, supply the guy at the corner store, and sell online. I am so cunfused now that I think I can sell legally, but then get paranoid at what to say if I get asked, ARE THEY LEGAL?

I have a boatload of kits, accessories and sh*tload of liquid. I also have almost every model for personal use. I personally don't give a rats ... what it is legally, for personal use, I am gonna vape if I want to.

I just want to know if it is legal to sell these in the US.
I want the corner store guy to sell, but I don't want him to get in trouble if I tell him they are Legal.

Please my patience is very little on this subject. I thought they were so-called banned
by the spokesperson for FDA, then people say that is not her jurisdiction. I do know that she can say that but isn't there any proof? Don't they have to file that crap? Have supreme hearings or court dates to make it illegal?

No one has passed a law banning or making them illegal yet. If they do so then they have to give public notice. FDA is using it's authory to stop large shippments at the border in customs, calling unapproved drugs and medical devices.

We import thousands and thousand of unapproved drugs and medical devices into this country every year. FDA is mainly interest the sellers of these things in this country. Personal use is another matter.

The use and sale of the ecig, is not nor will ever be illegal, The nicotine that is a part of the ecig can be controlled. The carts, caps and the liquid, that contains nicotine, can be controlled, Currently it is NOT

There is nothing to fear but FEAR ITSELF. We all need to just chill out over all of this stuff, Believe me, when any word comes out from anyone in the government, we will hear it. probably very soon after

I just met with the store guy and he wants to to start and see how it goes. He wants people to try it. I think that will be too much hassle for him though. So I am meeting with him again tonight and I will tell him this saturday, I will come for a demo to all that wants to see and possibly try. I will be able to switch carts fast to a clean one for each person. I am also starting my website pretty soon too.

SJ said I can be a supporting supplier here on EFC. SO that might be soon too.

gees, I havn't sold anything illegal in a while.....or at least that I will admit to.

No, they are blatantly illegal. To avoid prosecution, please send all ecigs and related materials that are in your possession to me immediately. i will keep your name out of it, I promise.
