Are Kanger T3's and Tabac BCC's compatible for spare parts?

I bought some Tabac BCC's from Heaven Gifts. I like 'em a lot, and would like to keep using them. Everywhere I've seen in my country sells brand-name Kanger T3s. I've probably left it a bit late to order a bunch of replacement coils from HG and get them to arrive before the last one (I have 2 left) goes bad.

So...can I buy Kanger T3 replacement coils/heads and put them in my Tabac tanks?

As far as my understanding they are EXACT clones

well..the least expensive replacement coils for my Kanger T3 said Kanger T3 replacement coils on the site (wordup-ecig) but when I got them the box says "Tabac coil unit for BCC clear Cartomizer". and they work just fine with my Kanger MT3... So you are probably ok using them interchangeably.
