No worries at this time...the bill died in the NYS health committee in June, they may reintroduce it in the fall...We are keeping an eye out for any trouble, but for now it is all good... 
Actually we can use some help there is a hearing coming up...this is for an indoor ban, (not an all out ban)
here is the info:
Albany Ban hearing August 24th 7:15pm!
The Albany hearing (confirmed by the Clerk at the Albany legislature) is on August 24th at 7:15pm. We will need to sign in when we arrive to speak. We can speak for 5 minutes each. The public hearing is in the Cahill Room on the 1st floor all the way at the back of the building. 112 State Street, Albany
Please contact ................... for rideshare information so we can get as many as possible to the hearing.
Updates will be posted at Vapers Coalition
Please plan to come, even if you do not feel comfortable speaking. The more of us there are.. the harder it is for them to ignore us!!!!
