It shows pictures of tobacco but im assuming its eliquid because that's the wording its using but im running out of juice and I don't want to put cash down only to find out that I ordered the wrong thing and run out of my juice before I can rectify the situation. That for ejuice, I would honestly recommend looking around, you can find a lot better options in those price ranges. Mtbakervapor is my go to for lower priced liquids and they are 15ml for 5 bucks.

I wouldn't do Mt. Baker for tobacco flavors - even the owner admits they aren't very good at tobacco's.

Are you looking for 30 mg or higher nic in a 10 ml size? The way you put it is rather confusing. The nic level is mixed in mg's per ml, not mg's per 10 ml's.

Take a look at Tastypuff - http://tastypuff.com

They have more than several different tobacco flavors, as well as at least two tobacco only flavors. They only go up to 20 or 21 mg nic levels (as well as 0 and 10), but they can be combined to reach whatever you want.
