I do not have a multi meter, so checking these things is kind of difficult for me.
I run the standard EM-Riva 510 Atomiser and this thing rocks.
It hits the sweet spot every time. I have mostly mods in my little collection, but this device is currently right there at the top with the battery life, consistency and LOOKS. 
It might be my imagination, but this atomiser also has a feel of being a bit better than the normal 510.
