Many of these websites are also b&m stores. I know V4l is in IL, and I am sure more are. Good luck!
Somewhere on the board there is a directory of physical shops. Unfortunately most physical locations are places you should not buy like mall kiosks which typically sell unpopular or unidentifiable models at jacked up prices (especially for spare parts), and some smoke shops which might sell disposables, and 7-11 which sells one ok 2-piece model but you can get better that is more easily refillable.
What you want are physical shops that sell the most popular models like 510 (and its large version Ego and Riva), KR808D-1, DSE901 and a couple of others. Or at least good ejuice (some physical shops only sell Dekang Chinese 100% PG which can be a bit harsh)
