are there any other good "dripping" devices like the REO and VMOD?

There are several, but most of them are no longer in production; have limited production runs; or are overseas. Check the Liquid APV forum for more info.

In the States, you're pretty much stuck with the VMod or Reo unless you really want a high-priced bottom feeder.

You don't need a Reo to drip. buy a sealed post dripping atomizer and drip tip and drip away. Empire mods, Avid Vapor, House of Vapor and Kidney Puncher are just a few places with sealed atomizers.

Well there are plenty of dripping atty's. LOL

I'm assuming your referring to bottom feeder mods... off the top of my head:

Puzzlebox

Pdib mod

E7 Sunbox

Grip (bottom fed)

The thing is, all of these with the exception of the E7 are made of wood. I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple, this is just a list off of the top of my head.

There is also the Aurora BFT, which is a bottom feeder topper for any mod.

Hi, I googled those and it seems they are all very similar to the REO, all are boxed mods that you squeeze a bottle?

But it seems the REO is best out of all those in terms of convenience and ease of use?

All of the ones I listed above are really great mods that are easy to use, and the convenience and benefits of a bottom feeder is obvious. All of them perform just as well as a Reo for all intensive purposes.

The Reo has a couple of things going for it compared to the others:

- It's readily available

- It's made from a solid block of aluminum, as I mentioned before, just about every other BF mod on the market is made from wood. Wood is gorgeous, but not something you want to drop or get wet.

- The Reo sees continued updates, and has unparalleled support.

Like I said, there are other BF mods on the market, and they are winners IMO. The Reo is kind of considered the "King" for good reasons though, it's definitely earned it's reputation and is the only mod I personally use all day, every day.

Also, to reiterate what others are saying here: You do not have to purchase a bottom feeding mod to drip. For obvious reasons, bottom feeding mods are the best and most convenient way to make dripping an all day affair wherever you go.

Danpals2012,

Here is a simple 510 atomizer. Put it on your ego, and drip 2-4 drips of e-liquid down into the chamber, attach your drip tip, and vape. Repeat the process every 3-5 puffs.

edit - I think you'll find this the absolute easiest introduction to dripping coming from your Vivi Nova setup. I also think you'll find the flavor a hell of a lot better, and you will get an idea of the difference between tanks/wicking systems compared to the "dripping" you read people talking about. It's a good start.

This

Reo's are great devices, but it's a big investment. You're going to need the Reo+RM2+batteries+charger+ohm meter+kanthal. You're looking at a total investment of about $250 for everything.

I wouldn't say bottom feeders are the best way to drip. You're limited by the atomizers on the market, unless you're good with a drill.

Okay, I'll bite B1sh0p.

Just buy an LP Grand, a Pdib, a Sunbox, or any BF mod that doesn't have a catch cup limiting it's diameter, and stick whatever large atomizer you want on it and use it in a traditional way if it compels you.

However, real dripping, without having to drip, is better. I don't even think I'm being subjective with that statement... LOL

Your being silly.:D

I agree with Funk Dracula. You don't need a whole new setup just to drip. All you need is a battery with a 510 connection, a simple dripping atty, and a drip tip.

The Cadillac of dripping attys is the HH.357 - http://www.avidvaper.com/hh-357-cisco-spec-hybrid-atomizers/

If you want a bottom feeder, you can get a Vision Aurora BFT. Again, this will work with the battery you already have. You also have the option of using the included coils, or you can use a regular 510 dripping atty. No need to break the bank. - http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=151_324
