I'm fairly new to mods and I'm a little confused. Does atomizer threading for mods tend to follow a standard?

Specifically, I have a supply of Joyetech "LVC Clapton" atomizers, which are made for Joye's Cubis Pro tank. I'm wondering if other mod-sized tanks will take those atomizers, and how I would know if they do.

Are most mod tanks and atomizers interchangeable? Would my Joye atomizers fit an Aspire Evo tank (just as a random example)? Or would an Aspire Evo tank need atomizers made specifically for it?

Thanks for any clarification.

Generally no. There are heads that fit several, but never all. The Cubis head fits some Joyetech stuff like the AIO series, the Egrip II, and the Cubis and Cubis Pro...but that is about it.

Heads mostly just fit what they are designed for, and perhaps 2-3 other tanks. Nothing is universal.
