Those 2 are the ones I have. There is no difference in power between the batteries. They are all 3.7V. So are the 18650s that the Big Chuck uses.
The difference is in the mAh. That's milliamps per hour. I don't actually know much about batteries (other than where to buy them and "buy protected") but the higher the mAh, the longer it lasts between charges.
Ultrafire is known for measuring their mAhs in a way that gives them a very optimistic result. AW's calculations are considered more accurate.
AW IMR 16340 (IMS is high drain, safer technology than li-ion so the protection is in the technology) = 550mAh
Ultrafire 18350 (protected li-ion) = 1200mAh
So, even discounting the Ultrafire's claim, they last about twice as long as the 16340s. That's been my experience which is why I mostly use my 18350s. I vape a LOT at very low nicotine levels. I can finish off 2 18350s a day. (Which is why I have battery envy for people with mods like the big Chuck which uses 18650s. Apparently it's just about impossible to drain one of those in a day.)
Next up -- chargers
I use the black one in the middle for my 18350s (the description says they're now carrying an updated version.) It's a universal charger so I'm pretty sure it would work with the 16340s as well. The white one on the left looks like it's a fancier version of it.
I have this for my 16340s. The longer 18350s will not fit in there. If, however, you ever go to 6V vaping (e.g. the big Chuck), there's a switch that will let you charge the 3.0V batteries in there as well.
I like having two chargers. If one ever breaks, I won't be stuck, unable to vape, until I get a replacement.
