Hey guys, I know there's tons of these threads, sorry but there is PIC's below. I just got 2 new VTC5's from my local vape shop, for when I purchase my IPV3 or Sig100. I already looked at the sun vapors post, and they seam to be real ones. But some people are telling me Sony stopped making these a long time ago, and they are all knockoffs.
They each came in a white box. The white sticker that you see, was originally covering the VTC label on the wrapper, but I moved them to see the label. The white sticker reads "18650 2600mah 3.7V". The label underneath it says "SE VS18650VTC5" and underneath it "T C5A1XWB28E", with a logo to the left. The label printed on the battery as well as the logo seem faded, but that could be from peeling the white sticker off it.
The QRC code however, is not faded like the print is, on the wrapper. and it looks like it's made up of little circles, boldly printed on the wrapper. The Seem on the wrapper was hard to see, but looks like it runs through the QRC code.
.... Just want to make sure I got the real deal batteries for my future mod that I'm going to buy, I have no way to do those tests. I bought another one of these VTC5 from the same place a month earlier for my mechs, and it seems to work just as good as my Purple Efest (LG)..
