Yah, after lurking for the past month or so, I see stores mentioned all the time. It would be kinda counter productive if we couldn't, then we'd never know what places to avoid and which places are safe....or better yet, where the best deals are at ^_^
Found a shop here in indianapolis about 20 minutes from my house to get what I need and pretty decent deals too! Don't know about all the flavored juices and such but know they sell a marlboro flavor that I really like and its $10 bucks for 30 ml which is a 1/3 of the price of the stupid mall stands that sell rip off products! Indyvaporshop.com is the website! The guy was very helpfull and had a lot of info for me about mixing DIY which is new to me but it has made my habit even cheaper and kinda fun to do!
Yah the DIY stuff is fun.....get to play mad scientist with it, lol....at least I do

No its kind of crazy but it varies between 18% and ???? and changes frequently. 61% is the lowest I've seen in the last few days - wasn't quick enough to get that one. They have a decently wide range.
