i have seen videos of people spinning a length of coil wire then spinning another wire around the outside to look somthing like a guitar string and then wind it to make a coil etc
Ok. That's called a "Clapton". That's going to make a really big coil.

i used to like ginger ale back in the uk but the stuff over here is just nasty

Canada Dry is the only ginger ale I've tasted that was worthy of the name. It *bites* -- and it's made with real ginger, so it really will settle your stomach.

I am the same with Benedryl. Wires me, and makes me feel tingly (not in a good way). During the day I'm Ok, but in the evening or at night? No way! Can't drink caffene after about 3 pm either or I won't sleep. Ok in the am, but I don't drink much coffee/soda anyway.

Yeah I can't take the "benadryl" type stuff to help me sleep, it just kinda zones me out, but doesn't make me sleepy AT ALL.. and the next day I'm in a fog. I take benadryl only if the daily Zyrtec needs a little help. Much better for OTC sleep aid is Dramamine, or generic equiv... it actually gives you heavy eyelids, and can ease you right to sleep. I won't take Rx sleep meds, but the Dramamine generic works great, and doesn't make you feel so spacy the next day.

or i just thought of another way it could be done

lay one wire out then lay alot of tiny short stands on top in the opposite direction and a second wire on top of that and spin that up it would look like a loo brush

what could ya call it ?
A bad idea :D

Well, I just enjoyed one of the most splendid side effects of not smoking... the radio station my husband is listening to, "classic rock," just played my favorite Peter Gabriel song... "Big Time"... so I went out and just boogied down for THE ENTIRE SONG.... used to, if I did that for 30 seconds I'd double over with a bad pain in my chest.... Sure, I'm a little winded after a dance to a whole song... but it sure beats what used to happen when i tried to dance, when I smoked!!!!!!!!!

That is so awesome! Way to go! I bet it was a great feeling!

About once a year I have a Dr. Pepper. Then I remember why I don't drink caffeine. It's like I've been shot with a tranquilizer dart.
Sounds like me...when im having an insomnia night I drink half an energy drink an it helps put me out lol

Out of this world... I love that song and they don't play it NEARLY enough, it's always Shock the Monkey or Games Without Frontiers. So I love to dance my fanny off when it comes on, and it used to half-kill me, so I pretty much stopped. Now I can dance! I can even sing and hit notes I haven't been able to reach in 30 yrs! Being a non-smoker certainly allows for more expressions of joy!
