I timed how long it took for me to make 119ml of FW Blackberry.
I checked before collecting the supplies and again after it was mixed & jiggling with all the supplies put away or washed & the labels printed & applied.
14 minutes from in the door to waiting for the check.
I leave the glass bottle open to air overnight in a covered sneaker box, shake and heat for a minute before transferring with a funnel to plastic bottles for use.
Call it 2 more minutes for all that including washing the glass bottle & funnel.
Almond bottle & plastic bottle tips/caps already drying from yesterday.
Labeler stored & labeling program updated and closed. Ready for juice.
It's convenient that I only use flavor companies where the flavors are designed to all work at the same percentages. I have 3 pages of notes that contain all my friends' and family's juice percentages. Add 1 for my friend's Dad's Hangsen RY1 and done.

pbusardo did a youtube interview with the owners of Evolv a couple of days ago, the first in several years. They discuss their efforts to comply with the now delayed FDA pre market approval process. I recommend my fellow hoarders listen to the first part of the video. The Evolv partners are certain about one thing, if the rules stay as they are no open system componants will be approved by the FDA, no more separate mods and atomizers, no more 510 connector. Evolv won't attempt to get approval of any of their existiing products. They are applying for products not yet in existence.
I guess I'm not done stocking up yet, then. Oy. I just wish it were OVER already, well, kinda. I feel divided on the issue, since now is better than before, but who KNOWS what will eventually happen.
I really don't think that the FDA is going to want the type of black market action going on as does with importation of meds from overseas (they hate it, but it's too big a problem to solve) so hopefully they will be very open minded about innovation. HOPING.

I was actually thinking of thinning my stock a little, but going to have to rethink that. I just wish we had some concrete definitive answers so we know how to prepare. Guess I'll be stocking up on stock coils for the time being.
Yes, but at least they are looking at something that's refillable, rather than a true closed system, where the only option is pre-filled cartridges/pods at a ridiculous price-point. (e.g. Juul).
They may hate it, but it it's a problem of their own making.
With the PMTA deadline having been pushed back to August of 2022 (4-3/4 years from now), and the FDA turning a blind eye to new (post 8/8/16) products on the market (at least for now), I don't think it makes sense to go crazy right now. If I weren't fully stocked already, the only thing I would do at this point is to buy nic base for the freezer on a regular basis; another liter every few months, primarily because the tax man will eventually want his cut just about everywhere and it's pretty difficult for them to tax what you already own.
ditto, my nic stash right now should last me a decade or two. the only thing I would really need more of if open systems go away, besides another decade's worth of nic, is mods but I don't want to start hoarding more of those until 2020 - 2022 if things don't change. My RDA stash is plentiful and while many of them I haven't tried, or are smaller than I prefer in my current rotation, I am pretty sure I could make do with what I have stashed as long as I have a mod to power them.
I'm not in a hurry to do anything more for the stash but the stocking topic remains relevent. I kind of enjoy the project of figuring out how to vape on regardless of the government. I think my current stash is well thought out and sufficient but I remain intereseted in details and refinements. (I still want a simple bottle roller to re mix the next liter of nic that has been sitting in the freezer for several years and will be divided into 250 ml bottles some time in the next few months.)
If you were done...you wouldn't have been checking the Classies this AM and found that Provari 2.5, batteries, and beauty ring. Was a good thing you jumped on it to buy it. Because you weren't done, you'll now have another nice Provari for the long haul. Way to go!
Hopefully by 2020 there will be some more trustworthy vape research to look at. The evolv guys pointed out that we'd all like to know more about what if any risks there might be. So bring it on. In the mean time I'll vape.
People after my own heart! Vape Preppers!! Hubby and I have been in that mindset on other things for a few years now. I understand why it would be a thing here considering all the regulations they keep trying to pass against vaping even around here!

My 1st stockpile of regulated mods (2 Aliens, 2 Reuleauxs, 2 IPV5s) did not make it thru the 1st year, some didn't even make the 6 month mark. I did some better research and picked up 3 Charon 218s, 2 Battlestars, 1 Capo and 1 Ijoy Captain plus a Pico Dual because it was cheap. I also picked up 4 OBS Rtas 2 OBS RDTA 3 IJoy RDTA and 2 Captain RTAs. I have a GeekVape Zeus coming. I have Nic in the Freezer and plenty of wire. I still want to pick up a few more mechanicals to add to the 4 I already have and I would really like another Capo.
So I am not done stockpiling yet but I am also picking up some spares to share with my brother. Now its more what I want than what I need, if my current devices hold up better than last years.
