Ive been considering stocking up too, I was about to order a mech mod before the prices went up as well. I was thinking of a dreamer but then I heard theirs an issue with voltage drop really bad.

Should we bs stocking up on mods beforehand?? Anyone have any info??

I was seriously thinking about putting in a big order with Fasttech before the September 24th tariff deadline. What is the consensus here? Will we be unaffected by he tariffs? Do these tariffs only apply to large orders and large companies? Anyone know what the truth is?
I just placed an order this morning for a little over $70,it will definitely be after the 24th when it gets to US customs,so i'll see here in a few weeks if they hit me with any fees.

I put in 2 orders when they had their sale last weekend. Both are not small orders but not over $150 either. Both have shipped and one order got split and will likely be waiting a week or more for that one to have any updates.

I just figured why not? Some one had to and I had stuff on my wishlist...lol

BTW the shipping labels both say they are worth $20. and they are some kind of locks??? okay......

Somewhere out there
Since I stocked up 2 yrs ago, the only thing so far I needed were the Kayfun M tanks. I was wondering if anyone already stocked has found they wished they stocked some older things hard to find now? I remember how fast things were selling out a couple years ago.

I think I snapped up enough of the older stuff, as it is what I still use most of the time. If I had it to do 2016 over I probably wouldn't get as many mech mods and attys, as I'm still very happy with my toppers and regulated mods I was using then. The mechs and attys were all at ridiculous blowout prices and the FDA threat made it a safe insurance policy. The only somewhat costly mechs I bought - GP Paps and Super-T Simplicities - are beautiful functional works of art even if I don't use them much.

Haven't bought in a couple (?) years but picked up two Prime RDA, half-dozen FA flavors, and some BB. Started ditching flavors I'll never vape. Likely only FavorArt and a few other, select diketone-free flavors will remain. Starting regime of regular exercise -- life is good.

Shouldn't we be more concerned about a flavor ban than tariffs?

IMO, it depends on the individual person's situation and POV.

Some people want to add to their vaping gear stash while they still can. So the potential increase in costs (because of the tariffs), might make them their main concern right now. I'd think that would especially be the case if they already DIY their eliquids, so a flavor ban for ready-made eliquids isn't the main concern for them.

Others, may either already have all the gear they want/need, or aren't worried about potential rising costs due to tariffs. So they may be more concerned about a flavor ban, especially if they don't DIY their eliquids and have to buy them.

Most of us diy and use fda approve flavors that we can get anywhere. So the flavor ban is really not a ban for us.
Yeah well the reason why I haven't all of these years is because I know how that works. As you buy:
  • A few gallons of PG
  • A few gallons of VG
  • A liter or two of 100mg nicotine
  • A hundred of different food flavorings
  • A few graduated cylinders
  • A few syringes
Then in about a 6 month time you mixed up a few gallons worth of juices, which 99% of it tastes awful. :(

I use just menthol crystals. You might be able to buy pre made unflavored ejuice and add just a few drops of 1 flavor just to give it a try.
