Yeah,i've done some searching as well, and FT was definitely the cheapest,so i will be getting 3 of the 3 packs soon,it just hurts to pay over $75 for 9 bottles haha,

Ouch! That's a bunch for 9 bottles!

I don't know diddly about squonk mods nor their bottles, but...do they have to be the exact size for each particular mod? I found some 8mL squonk bottles below on eBay, that are 18mm diameter (instead of 20mm the Furyan one is) and 48mm in height (instead of 50.5mm the Furyan is). They're only $3.99 with Free S/H. Would the tiny difference in size matter? If it might not, maybe order just 1 to see if it'll work?

I very well could be wrong, and they may produce the pods for quite a while, but stocking up on them is definitely not a bad idea if you like them, because they definitely have a history of short run stuff.I think each version of the Therion mod was available for maybe 6 months before they discontinued those, and the drone i don't think was even out 6 months before they stopped it.
Hopefully if Lost Vape stops manufacturing pods, which I doubt because are now Lost Vape's cash cow until something better comes along (i.e. Orion v2). I bet Fasttech or somebody will be more than happy to manufacture clone pods for as long as they are selling well. And hopefully someone will be smart enough to manufacture rebuildable pods too. :)

There are a lot of squonk mods that you can swap out different bottles, and they all fit each mod, which is nice because i have enough bottles for those to last well past my lifetime. The Furyan though uses a proprietary bottle,as it has a metal part on the bottom that a latch threads on to,to hold the bottle in the mod.The mod comes with 3 bottles, and 2 of them do not have the metal parts on them, you can swap the parts off of the one in the mod.If they would sell the replacements without the metal parts, they would be much less expensive, but i haven't seen those available. That's the only thing holding me back,is waiting a bit to see if those come out. It's still a relatively new mod,so i have a few months yet to save up for the bottles haha.

Rebuildable pods would be great.

I only bought 22 pods bnrkwest. But I have burned 4 in 2 weeks (always happens after refilling). At this rate I will need 104 pods per year ($467.48).
Yikes! Not cost efficient. Are you using high VG? Nic salts? I read another review that said it does not handle nic salts. Guess I will see how it works on higher PG juice.

It sounds like there is a juice flow problem, I wonder if keeping the fill cap looser would solve that since people were mentioning undoing the cap and doing a draw seemed to help.

I do use both nic salts and freebase. I also use 50/50 and 70%VG juices.

Loosing the cap is what causes the wicking to burn. The wick becomes over saturated and then the DNA Go cranks up the power while Replay is enabled (up to 40 watts). Not a problem with big mods with big coils. But the tiny Orion pod coil can easily burn the wicking with all of that power. Then another pod gone.

So what I am doing now and I just started is that I am turning Replay off if the fill cap is loosened. Now the max power the tiny coil can get is just 8 watts. And that just isn't enough power to burn the wicking. Sure after opening the cap and closing it, the wicking is over saturated. And at 8 watts, it is a very cool vape until all of that excess liquid is vaporized off. Now I enable Replay once again until I loosen the fill cap again. Too soon to tell, but everything is lasting fine so far.

The Pod People cannot be helped. Not by anyone.
I'm right there with you, never really felt the desire to try pod mods
They work. They're easy. I think they're close to ideal for beginning vapers who don't want to be bothered learning much about vaping yet.

About 3 weeks ago, I picked up some original Aspire Breeze devices (that I refuse to call "mods") for a business trip to Germany. Now that the TPD is in full effect, I didn't want to risk losing any of my real (expensive) mods to an over-zealous customs agent because they're not TPD compliant. I also wanted something suitable for vaping some stealthy high-test nic-salts because I knew I'd be stuck in a trade show booth for nine hours a day for five days. They're not a bad vape, really. They did just fine at their assigned task, which was to keep me from jonesing all day. However, on my off days, the capacity was definitely an issue. 2ml and less than 1000 mAh doesn't cut it for me. And although the devices themselves were cheap (I paid $15 each), a pack of five spare coils cost just as much as a devices.

I'll keep them as backups. But that's all they'll ever be to me.

Glad to hear they worked great for traveling. I was thinking the same, I used to buy disposable cig a likes for flying, but the pods sound like they are a good replacement.

Yeah well the reason why I haven't all of these years is because I know how that works. As you buy:
  • A few gallons of PG
  • A few gallons of VG
  • A liter or two of 100mg nicotine
  • A hundred of different food flavorings
  • A few graduated cylinders
  • A few syringes
Then in about a 6 month time you mixed up a few gallons worth of juices, which 99% of it tastes awful. :(

It's not really that bad. I tried DIY many years ago and just gave up on dealing with it, I don't have the time for this, and kept ordering juices. Then in 2016 when I loaded up Vapocalypse bunker, I tried DIY again because I figured I may not have much of a choice soon.

It's worked out for me. It's not really anymore complex then mixing drinks; just follow simple instructions and there ya go.

This is a reasonable place to wander through: Recipes for Dummies

So's this: DIY OR DIE Vaping - The Best DIY Eliquid Recipes, Tutorials, Tips, and Videos

I still buy random e-liquids that look interesting, and I like Black Note NETs, but I also like being able to control everything from PG/VG, nic, to what flavors I'm using and where I'm sourcing them.

Anyway, this is coming from someone who has almost 0 time, spends way too much time on planes, has cooked a meal never (microwave maybe :) and is not in the, "I'm bored and need new hobbies" category. It's... surprisingly pretty simple once you get the hang of it.
