For the price they are not a bad deal for an emergency backup device. If you drop one, they can break into pieces like glass. This has happened to dozens of angry Stentorian owners already. I would rather spend a few dollars more and get a Hugo Squeezer personally.
Yeah, I am not a fan of the resin type mods, I have had some in the past that the 510 connectors got loose pretty quickly and they became useless.

My first resin mod was a beautiful metallic copper tube from Madvapes in 2012 that I drooled over for some time before finally ordering. I dropped it once on a hard surface and it cracked at the base, causing the bottom threaded sleeve and negative connector to break loose. Heartbreak.

I like resin panels on a mod but that's where I stop.

I was just thinking about MadVapes this morning... Not sure what happened to them, but they used to be the "go to" place for things like DIY hardware (make your own mods), pre-made mods, odd things, etc.. They had just about anything you could imagine. Their inventory now has not interested me at all, I did not buy a thing from them this past 6 weeks. I remember they were doing franchises at one point and seemed like they could only get better if that was possible.

 Okay - Well then, it's now toss-up between "You" and @MikeE3 that I NEED to contact when/if I ever run out of Zenith coils . . . Just Sayin' . . .

:img:

EDIT: Just noticed @NolaMel's post - gonna have to add them to the list . . . ;)
.

Just a hunch ... but it's quite possible that between them @JCinFLA and @Flowersoul might just hold the record and be crowned the Coil Queens of Zenith.

Those look more heavy duty than mine... Mine seem like cheap thin metal.

I can concur - they are not the cheaper metal ones I've seen and tried. They have a great hefty feel in the hand, especially - IMHO - they are quality made given they are solid Stainless Steel. One of the things I like best is that I have both flat & tapered tops, so whatever tank I choose to use it just - "Fits" . . . Also there are the extensions - so I can use an 18650 or 18400 battery. I think of them as the "Poor" man's version of the "Provari" - same quality - without spending as much . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

It is going to get cold during the middle of the night this week. I will need to toss an extra blanket on the bed.

We actually did turn on the heat last night. When we got up this morning it was 32 F outside and we had to clear frost off the windshield. It is WONDERFUL! I LOVE the cold but it doesn't happen often around here.

My sister and company just left Denver for NOLA to get away from the cold for a week lol.

Your $82.99 price shown for 1L at Heartland Vapes, isn't what most of us buy there. We buy the 100mg/mL house nic by the L for $44.99/Liter.
Okay, I see that now- thanks. Guess bouncing from site to site, I got confused. I also see their main nic page is kind of odd, and you have to dig deeper to see some of the other sizes, etc. But I do see the $45 stuff is foil sealed and nitrogen injected. So it might be a contender. Except a liter is 10 years worth for me, and I was really only going to get another 500ml. Still, great price since y'all say it's good nic.

And JC, I know you'll know the best place to get glass bottles to transfer to?:)

The Squeezer was the first mod I bought expressly to rebuild, replacing the 510 and the contacts.

Vpdam Leons were the same. Internals were iffy but I liked the box.

S Rabbit the same, though that one is more usable as is (manually adjustable 510 has given some people issues).

Rebuild takes a drill, a dremel, and some tin snips. Dremel is for smoothing contact edges, widening squonk cutouts; a file could be used for contact smoothing if you're happy with the cutout hole. Drill is for getting the right 510 connector hole and the hole in the positive contact for the 510. Snips are to cut the copper plate. I do use a vice for bending the positive, though that could be done with nice grips if necessary.

Heartland Vapes has 8 oz glass bottles for $0.99. Easy when you buy your nic there to just grab the bottles.

Okay, you made me look! There was one near me when I started vaping. It's the place I bought my first Nautilus 2, and coils for a while.

I see they have the Geekvape Solo for $59.99.
And their RTA section has a total of 7 tanks. Dead Rabbit is higher than the highest price on Vape Crawler. The only MTL tank is an Ehpro Kayfun Lite+.
Kind of looks like they're trying to be irrelevant.

And pick up a liter of PG or VG, that way you get the free shipping.
