Anyone know if FT has a current code? I’ve got a cart with $70 worth of stuff in it? Or would it be better to wait I couple weeks & see if there will be a Christmas sale?

Try MAP code, not aware of other active codes right now.

This clear Wasp Nano looks awesome. It’s so tiny. I may have to put this on one of my Lunas. If I like it...well...y’all know the drill...

I just put a green wasp nano on my Reo! Love it! It’s the perfect vape for me. I’ve got a parallel SS Clapton coil in it - 5 wraps. Awesome flavor, restricted lung hit, perfect temp! I took a chance and ordered 3 (green, red, clear). So glad I did!

@Haktuspit - I use both of these charts for checking on coil compatibility. They're almost the same, but to me, the first 1 is in a much easier format to check them. Many names of the coils are the name of the tanks that take them, too. But others would likely need to be added.

Different Tanks But Same Coils: Coils That Are Interchangeable

Thank you for that, bookmarked both. Those combined with the spreadsheet from before should eliminate almost any confusion.

Here's the spreadsheet again for those of you following along but don't know what I'm referencing.

Hey there, I’m ashamed to say I eyeballed mine, and in an eager overzealous fit, over cut the legs on one of the premade coils, ruining it  The second one I got right and have been using since. (Eyeballed that one, too, but more carefully.)

I hadn’t noticed it came with the tool before I built mine. I’m 99% sure Matt Culley said he cut his at the 5mm mark. It’s on his video - it is in this thread somewhere but probably just easier to YouTube. :)

Thanks, Astron! I appreciate your reply. I thought about this for awhile and ended up going with 6mm. I think both that vid and Shawn Hoffer's review came out when the tank was new and Wotofo marked the coily tool at 5. But I just got a 2nd Serpent in today and it was also marked at 6. So it made me wonder if Wotofo got feedback that the vape was better at 6 with the coil higher. So I went with that, thinking that if it didn't work I could always cut it down another millimeter.

Turns out, it works great! It was easy to install the coil and wick it and I love the vape. I normally like dual coils a lot better than single coil tanks. But this one produces almost as much vapor and has great flavor. Highly recommended to anyone who likes DTL tanks. The hardest part for me was getting the dang thing apart! Why do manufacturers machine tighten tanks almost to the point of breaking them??? Makes no sense.

You just missed their 15% sitewide BF/CM sale.

AFAIK, FT never has active sitewide coupons codes floating around. Looking back in their Promotions forum threads, they did have a 2018 XMAS sale Dec 18 to 20 for 15% off sitewide, which is the highest percentage FT ever has for a sitewide coupon. So looks like you'd be better off waiting for a couple weeks. No guarantee they will have an XMAS sitewide sale or what the percentage will be, but chances are probably good that they will.

But remember, their coupons do not work on any item that you are buying 3 or more of because of the price breaks they give on 3+ units.

It's already updated with the Geekvape Cerberus - the maintainer was very responsive.

They can't confiscate personal possessions that are legal and not weapons.

Well - Good luck with telling them that while you're hooked up to everything - particularly any monitors . . . BEEN THERE DONE THAT . . . IMHO - Stealth Vaping is the only way to go when you're in a Hospital, especially if there is someone else in the room with Ya' . . .Thankfully, I had "My" own room (& Bathroom w/fan) the last few times, no worries unless someone didn't knock or just walked in the room . . . Just Sayin' . . .

BTW: They hold on to them until someone can come get them or Ya' are discharged . . . ;)

That's a different story. When I hear/read "confiscation", I equate that with "taking property under authority or legal power from another and destroying it or never giving it back".

I'm sorry my spreadsheet post is breaking the page but it was useful and I don't know how else to link it.

Here's a not so useful post to get us to the next page.
Can't you just post the url? Or does the forum automatically embed it? If it embeds it try replacing http with hxxp and just make a note for people to change it to http when they copy and paste.

I never have any luck checking security codes. I have no idea if they are authentic but work for my needs.
If they are working then it’s a good sign lol. The couple boxes I ran into were mostly duds and didn’t hold up for long. Authentics are lasting 3-4 weeks for me.

thanks again I’m going to check them out

Well... that didn't work. Like 5 new tanks in the boxes and probably 50 coils but she can't get a good hit off them... we used to use them years ago, could have sworn the hits were better than that as we were using vivi novas at the same time as those and thought they were about the same. My wife still uses the novas because she likes them and hates change. :(
For the T-Dux 3.0 I was about to throw them all out, but decided to give them one more chance and put in a new coil, primed it and it worked just fine. It must have been a bad coil that was included with the new tank. Whoo-hoo! The wife absolutely hates the bottom fill though, but in my mind they are freebies because I forgot we even had them.

I have a couple. They’re pretty good. Have a couple of the RTAs too, and a couple RDTAs on the way.

Amazing how long the coils for ancient tanks stay on the market. I actually found coils for my ancient protank LOL.

Edit: Yes I know they can be rebuilt. This is what I actually learned to rebuild on but eventually age does catch up with the grommets and they disintegrate.

Yep! IMO, it's because there are more than just a few people who still regularly buy them. Several ECF members I've been helping to get stocked up...have been using only the older Kanger clearos/tanks and coils since they first came out! That's a lot of years and boxes of coils! Also, since the coils for the older Kangers fit so many different ones...they only needed to buy maybe 2-3 of the types of coils.

My niece and my hairdresser, too, both still like and use the various Evods, ProTanks, AeroTanks, etc. One of the things they like about them is that they don't have to buy a huge variety of different coils for them. My hairdresser has decided she really likes the Zenith tanks now, too, but my niece is still sticking only with the other tanks.

I just always assumed the vendor over-estimated how many they thought they would sell... but what shocks me is some of the prices that some sites charge for ancient coils... Some might have them at $3 per pack while another might have them for $15.

For my wife's Vivi Novas I found a place for $0.25 each, but others wanted like up to 10x that amount.
