Thanks for the tips folks. Any tank that comes with an 810 drip tip makes me leary setting it up for MTL vaping. That was my concern about the Serpent.

Mark ... the Brunhilde looks OK for MTL ... I'm just not a fan of big high capacity tanks. My KFLv5's fit that niche of my vape stash just fine.

Do you have the vapefly galaxies mtl rdta? That's a sweet little performer, a pleasure to build, though only 2ml.

Well I have been doing a little stocking up on MTL coils and rebuild supplies for use on my Provaris. Once I figured out I was fine with a 1.8 ohm coil or lower (Frankly it had been so long I couldn't remember what I liked). I put in a couple orders for protank coils and rebuild supplies. Picked up a Nautilus tank and a few more coils. No big spends.

Honestly I have enough OLD IGO-L drippers that are easy to set up for a higher ohm MTL for use on the Provari's as well.

I do have to say Lightning vapes adult verification is confusing as heck. If you don't go through on the first go you can either attach a pic of your photo ID (I don't like that) or pay for adult sig required shipping (separate purchase). I did the adult sig required purchase and was told I needed to age verify/pay for adult sig required shipping on the adult sig required shipping purchase. Yeah that makes sense. I called them and got it all sorted with the adult sig required charges refunded. Very nice people very blasted confusing system.

BTW if any of you MTL folks want a dead easy to build RDA that is great for MTL (NOT A SQUONK ATTY) the IGO-L can be picked up dirt cheap these days and is a nice little atty. I did drill out the airhole a bit on mine because I like it with a tad more air but it is great if you like it less airy.

No it's a problem I have often. Having a hyphenated last name my records in data bases often do not match. For example the DMV here cannot handle a hyphenated last name so they put the first part as my middle name (it isn't) and the second part as my last name. So did my bank. It is FRUSTRATING as it trips age checkers.

Right now Im using the VF Galaxies RDTA on a VV Pulse X squonk mod, about 9-10ml juice capacity between bottle and rdta. Thats over 3 days worth of vaping for me.
Easy build and wicking, good draw.

I was not s fan of the Vapefly galaxies RTA in any caes. Then I went and got the tailpipe Brunhilde by accidet. Sigh. That's okay it also looks like something out of my nightmares, I'm not sure I need the MTL one, I don't need to be chased by those tanks aruond my house brandishing guns.

For those that are saving drop ins to rewick.....are you doing anything to them before putting away? How are you cleaning them?

I just give them a hot water rinse and dry them, then they go in an old tin. I've wondered if jar filled with alcohol would be useful for a long soak.

I would think your best bet is to take them apart & remove the cotton wick & coil first. The wash them, dry them and put them away. Otherwise you may get mold growing in those little coil heads as the cotton will take a long time to dry in that tight little space.

Vapocalypse vaping is gonna be a lot of work, more work than RYO tobacco.

When I wash coils, I use dish soap and boiling hot water first, then I rinse them multiple times, then as a last step I soak them in vodka which should chase most of the moisture away. But I have been thinking about getting an ultrasonic cleaner to try that out.

If you search wismec luxotic bf leaking you'll find out more but unless you have an old one you shouldn't have a problem. Wismec fixed the issue in later releases
