I've noticed quite a few times that when I order from different vendors in China and on different days that often times they arrive on the same day. I'm assuming like you said that they are waiting to fill a container or whatever and they all end up shipping together.

Hearing you guys talk about fast tech and I decided to go check on my order. Turns out you have to actually hit submit for it to work. I paid the $0.46 for faster shipping even though I wasn't sure if it did anything. Just some o-rings and coils, if they get here eventually I'll be happy.

I haven't bought from vermillion in a long time but got this email this morning. Does this make sense to anyone?

    Good Morning Vermillion River Customers,
We are very excited to announce that the post office will continue to deliver our products to our private customers. We are still sorting out some issues with a couple of states about their laws regarding shipping vape products into their states so we may have a few restrictions coming. However as of now we will continue with business as normal.

One of the federal requirements that has been added however is the need for an Adult Signature in order for the package to be delivered.
This unfortunately adds $6.90 in shipping costs to each package we ship out. In order to offset this cost Vermillion River is adding $5.00 to each postage option starting immediately.
I understand this is a hardship and we are willing to eat almost $2.00 of that cost for you. In doing this we will not be changing our $75.00 minimum for free shipping. We will also be eliminating the 15ml bottles. I would encourage everyone to
budget yourself to purchase multiple bottle orders in order to spread out the additional cost over more product.

I hope everyone is on board and will continue to enjoy our juice responsibly. Thankyou also to those who have sent in referrals to shops near you. A few have reached out to us and will be ordering our juice thanks to your efforts.
I hope everyone has a great day and we are looking forward to servicing your needs for many years to come.
As always, thanks for being a loyal Vermillion River customer.

    Sincerely,

Yeah, I don't know. I'm posting this to the Mail ban thread after I get done replying here.

My thoughts are they are either delusional or they know something no one else knows. The latter seems a bit of a stretch.

    Correct Me if I'm wrong...

But the USPS hasn't published a Final Rule on "ENDS" Mailability. Right?

    So...

"Until the final rule is issued, ENDS are not subject to the PACT Act"

Treatment of E-Cigarettes in the Mail

So as long as a Retailer is in Full Compliance with All Other Requirements, can't they continue to use USPS until the USPS publishes it's Final Rule.

Just got this one also. Apparently USPS inaction has given new life to vendors shipping for now anyway.

    Dear Customers,

USPS has missed the deadline to publish its final rule on April 26, 2021, so we will continue shipping out via USPS until the finalized rulings are published.

We do not know when the final rules will be published, but we will check on the federal register daily.

If you need to stock up, we encourage you to do it ASAP (Eciggity | Online Vape Shop - Vape Mods, E-Liquid & E-Cigs)

Not intentionally trying to be a (Edited) but I think the vendors turned restrictions and price increases into this mythical ban. March 27th has come and passed. The USPS is losing money out the .... I think all of this is hype.

Oh and I've made multiple orders from multiple sites from multiple states since and guess what, no problems!

well unfortunately it is both....some companies made it hype to make some quick sales...but it's not hype as it's written into an act, there's just not been a final date issued yet....
you can check this thread out for more info: US Vape Mail Ban - USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL

PACT Act went into effect March 27 as it was supposed to. The USPS mail ban is kind of another issue in a way.

No one knew when USPS was going to issue the final rule for the mail ban nor did they know USPS was going to not issue it on time. The bill says they have to issue final rule no later than 120 days after bill passage. That's all we and vendors can go by.

Man these government agencies are so useless they can't even screw stuff up correctly when they try.
Maybe it's a little more than that - Maybe not all government bureaucrats and politicians are the brain dead control freaks that some of them seem to be.
This postal ban will lose them what, millions of dollars, or is it billions of dollars in lost revenue from the USPS which has serious financial problems.
Further it will not stop sales, just make things harder.
'Maybe' just 'maybe' they are actually thinking about this and the further fact that once shipment goes completely into private carriers they will have even less control than they have now.
'Possibly' they are thinking of amending the postal ban to allow vape shipments as long as careful records are kept of both seller and buyer ???
Or. like the PMTA which some have said has already made most vape products 'technically' illegal - but is still not enforced - They may do the same with postal vape shipping - leaving it technically illegal, but unenforced.????

Nice sentiment but the powers that be didn't slip that little bit into the stimulus bill with concerns about the USPS. They wanted vaping gone, because it cut into the profits of some of their biggest donors...BT, BP, the ANTZ. The post office is sinking anyway and vape mail is actually a small fraction of their business. They're gonna have to be bailed out no matter what.

Yes... the 27th came and is almost past.

    Just like the 28th might.
    And the 29th...
    And the 30th...
And maybe we go Half Way into May?

But there is a say'n in Rock Climbing. And that is "It Isn't the Fall that Kills You. It's the Sudden Change in Acceleration at the End that Get's You."

Things may seem Mythical to you right now. And that's OK. You Just haven't gotten to the End of the Rope.

Then Things Will Seem Way Too Real.
