Nice sentiment but the powers that be didn't slip that little bit into the stimulus bill with concerns about the USPS. They wanted vaping gone, because it cut into the profits of some of their biggest donors...BT, BP, the ANTZ. The post office is sinking anyway and vape mail is actually a small fraction of their business. They're gonna have to be bailed out no matter what.
"But a Postal Service spokesman told MJBizDaily Monday that USPS isn’t yet ready to implement the final rule.

“Despite our best efforts, in order to ensure thorough and thoughtful consideration of the complex issues and voluminous comments by industry, individual, and governmental stakeholders, the Postal Service is unable to publish a final rule by today’s target date,” spokesman David P. Coleman said in an email.

Coleman said the USPS would finalize the rule “as soon as possible.”

See what I'm saying? There is still hope that reason will win out !

If 2+2=5 now, then how many days exactly is 120 days? By my estimation, 120 days is now 270.

My equation is (((120/4)*5)+120)=270

Sound about right?

Are those Working or Calendar Days?

We've gotten a few days reprieve. Who knows how many days, nor how much warning we'll get once they are ready to implement the changes? But the changes, they be a comin'.

The sad part is so many have already stopped shipping much to their detriment, but, I have to imagine the PACT act also played a big part in their decision to stop shipping too. This delay really doesn't make much difference when it comes right down to it, much the same desired ANTZ effect happened already.

    Farewell, old friend.

I have retired my Nautilus Mini I have used daily since September 2014. I got it with one of the first Eleaf iStick 20w, but now on a 26650 pico mega.

So, what happens to a daily tank after 6.5 years? The female threads in the chimney that mates with the coil top have finally failed. I could just pull the tank apart with some coils, and it just wouldn't tighten on the stripped threads. Also, the oring on the drip tip has swelled, and If the tip comes off, it's hard to get it back in. The detentes that keep the airflow setting doesn't work, so I had to keep checking the set-ring. And hard to do at night while driving. And any printing on the glass is long gone. But it is the original glass! surviving many drops. I'll save it, just in case.

And I did get 2 replacement Mini's in the past month, since I have about 100 coils. The new one has nice clean gaskets (the old one became quite tan). The old one had different size "dots" to let you know what airflow setting you're using, but the new one? All the dots are the same size!!!

After 6.5 years, I think I got my $22.50 worth.

    Farewell, old friend.

    :)

Have you tried them in 17track.net ?
Thanks for that. I didn't know about 17track. Two of my packages are tracked up to April 19 - the last words are 'the plane has reached the port' - very mysterious. My final order which was not in the system yet now shows up. I am optimistic again!

PackageRadar.com is also another one that I use becuase sometimes it give more information. Downside is that (as far as I can see) you can only track one package/tracking # at a time.

ETA: I see ZoiDman already mentioned it. lol

I just checked Heartland vapes looks like they are still shipping 100 mg nicotine in vg only, wizards labs and ecig express has pulled it from there items. Ecig express pulled almost all ecig stuff except flavorings from there site.

Whats the word on Nicotine shipping are we still legal here?
