So........ Are We Done Stocking Up Yet? :D

On what I know I will not be able to get in the future yes. The only thing I have to buy is batteries, cotton, wire, flavors and PG/VG, all of which can be found at non-vaping establishments, most on Amazon so I am good.

I have the affordable Mods/rda's RDTA's I want. There are some high end mods I would love to have, but I believe I will wait until a trip across the pond, buy them local and ship them to myself or bring them back through customs, though I need to research the rules for either option.

In my experience, definitely better than the Dvarw. Better than the Taifun GT4 though, I don't think so. I really want to try the dual coil one with more open space, but rock a single coil in it to see if the flavor blooms a bit. I always feel like MTL's suffocate the flavor a tad bit.

Also I hope you have a needle point bottle. The chubby tips don't quite fit into the side fill port, so you have to pull off the cap to refill it which isn't the end of the world, but an annoyance to say the least.

Speaking of MTL tanks and flavor, I got a Hellvape Vertex MTL tank a while back and I thought the flavor production on it was fantastic. I don't use a lot of MTL tanks but when I do then I like a loose draw. I took the airflow insert out of the Vertex and it was just right for me.

I want to blame Innokin for interrupting my fully stocked peace of mind. I've been able to read of many new exciting things here without any real temptation, but then I entered the first Z80 giveaway.

I won a Z80 kit in that giveaway and instead of PIF or putting it away, I actually tried it. Big mistake.

After buying another Z80 kit, four Zeniths and a bunch of Z coils I am now, once again, fully stocked.

To quote a singer I'm not fond of, "And I know, it's my own damn fault"

Looking to have one final hurrah before the 9th. I've been holding out for Labor Day sales. I have Brunhilde MTL on my list for me, OXVA Arbiter Solo and an Aegis Legend 2 for my gf. And some more flavors thru Bull City. I want to buy so many more things and multiples of everything though, lol. I wonder that the places that have remained open online aren't making more of this 9th deadline and doing really good sales.

@Vandal - I forgot this: You might want to take a peek at their 2 pages of Weekly Specials, too. They'll be automatically discounted by 25% when you put any of them in your Cart. The 15% off coupon code will take another 15% off of their already reduced price, too.

Ahhh nice, I've been eyeing this as well, as I've seen it in sale for very reasonable prices recently. How does it compare to the airflow of the Zenith II fully open? I also want to try the oxva arbiter mtl. I have the regular rta and I think it's pretty decent; I realize you have some history with oxva though, lol.

The Zenith 2 with the .3 coil has more airflow than the Vertex. The vertex is a loose MTL at full open with no insert.

I have some new history with Oxva since I mentioned that. I have been asked to review for them. Not by Justin but one of the marketing reps. By the way, I never did buy any Oxva hardware but have been having a hard time not ordering the Arbiter solo. I guess I can break my grudge now.

    What happens on the 9th?

I would like to know as well.

September 9th is the FDA's Deadline to be able to Continue to sell a Newly Deemed Tobacco Products with a Filed PMTA.

After September 9th, It will be Illegal to Sell any Newly Deemed Tobacco Products in the USA with an on-file PMTA and a specifically Granted Review Extension by the FDA for Each Product.

It's why this Thread came to be. And the End of a Long and Winding Regulatory Road.

See, this is what I asked you before, haha. I think at the time, you were just in hardcore grudge mode, which I don't blame you. It's pretty dumb that they wouldn't offer pretty great advertisement for the cost of a product. Completely foolish, and I figured if you did a work around not dealing with said person, that there are others in the company that would likely work with you.

If you can get your hands on their OXVA Velocity Pod Mod (with the RBA if you can wiggle it in), I think you'd be extremely pleased with it. I think the RBA vapes (as well as the reg. pods) as smooth or better than most of the "5 star" RTAs I currently have and the flavor is outstanding. 217 compatible as well.

Perspective: FDA’s Progress on Review of Tobacco Product Applications
By Mitch Zeller, Director of the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products (CTP)
    February 16, 2021
"We are working to review applications as quickly as possible. However, given the unprecedented number of applications and other factors discussed above, the likelihood of FDA reviewing all the applications by Sept. 9, 2021 is low. We will continue to allocate our resources with the goal of working as quickly as possible to transition the current marketplace for deemed products to one in which all products available for sale have undergone a careful, science-based review by FDA. We will focus resources on products where scientific review will have the greatest public health impact, based on their market share, while also committing to providing an opportunity for review to all companies regardless of size, prior to Sept. 9, 2021, at which time they risk FDA enforcement per FDA’s guidance."

    "based on their market share"

So I was surprised to see the first rejections to be smallish companies, or, maybe not... targeting flavored products for annihilation announcement first to appease the ANTZ while sitting on those with a big market share (Vuse, Juul, Blu etc.) To announce approval before the deadline...
Morgan Stanley thinks September 9th could be a big day for the tobacco sector due to an anticipated FDA decision.
Analyst Pamela Kaufman expects favorable decisions for many of the big names like Altria (MO +0.1%), British American Tobacco (BTI +0.6%), Swedish Match (OTCPK:SWMAF -2.2%) and Imperial Brands (OTCQX:IMBBY +0.8%) for their various brands. Some of those companies could see a significant competitive advantage if their product is approved, while a rival product is rejected. While there is a chance that the FDA extends the timeline on the decision, Kaufman thinks big determinations are more likely.

So the waiting question is what happens on Sept 10th to vape shops selling non-approved items?

There are law firms specializing in vape law - I would assume they might know the answer - Are we talking about civil offenses or criminal offenses? - Can they fine, seize merchandise, etc. - And will they?
Do they have a plan to enforce the new defacto vaping prohibition?
