Btw, my last 2 orders made on the 14th and 25th of this month were both mailed via UPS. Say what?

Ginger (US based) also has a few other "soldering stations" to choose from.
They need to make one with a squeezable "flux" bottle and a hollow soldering tip. There is also the Boxer Classic DNA100C Single 2X700 with Evolv DNA100C Portable Soldering Station. Boxer Classic DNA100C Single 2X700 with Evolv DNA100C Portable Soldering Station - Ginger Industries

They have a few of those, regulated and mech. The one I linked below has a 7ml flux bottle and I'm fairly certain their hollow soldering tip is top shelf. They need to make one with a squeezable "flux" bottle and a hollow soldering tip.![]()
One is scheduled to arrive tomorrow w/out an adult siggy required, and the other on Tuesday with an adult siggy required. I guess I'm just surprised that vendors are choosing to use UPS now, even though UPS has claimed they're not shipping any vape gear. I'd read that either FedEx or UPS is shipping vape gear for a select few entities - I wonder if they're broadening their selection now that the mail ban is more established and who it applies to. Rates have definitely gone up though; maybe that is/was the deciding factor. It's easy to skirt shipping bans if your legal business name is generic and doesn't give away what you sell. Sure, your shipping account rep will ask questions, but there's a "proper" and legal answer for all these questions. 99% of the vape industry seem to not understand how this works. They are so proud of themselves for being in the vape industry that it clouds (no pun intended) their ability to think and think ahead.
Hi all, It's been over a year since I posted here. I went back to my simple "one mod to rule them all" tootle puffer style. Only really using an Aegis Solo and a Zlide. The Solo has held up beautifully, it still works and looks like new.
Anyway, I came back to see what the current reco for batteries is. Looks like Molicell will be the answer. The last of my current pink samsungs isn't holding a charge very long anymore.
The question is how many to buy. My estimate is that one battery will last me a year. It feels silly to pay shipping on just one, not to mention that I really should have backups. I saw some talk of battery storage experiments ongoing. Any guess what might be reasonable storage time?
Are you charging the battery inside the Solo mod or in a charger?
Solo 2.
This will be my third Solo.
In the Solo, it charges them to 4.1V.
Nonsense.
Everyone’s doing it wrong.
