The above is the reason I buy my VG from RTS. It is more expensive than other VG however, if I can "buy" a few more years (or even months) of life by reducing my GMO intake, it's well worth it. IMHO

I was one of the suckers that paid $20 bucks for the blue L.E.D. I still enjoy my P2.5 mini, I got the extended battery, love my tear drop engravings on the mod, why I preferred it over the regular one.

I don't think paying $20 for the LED you wanted makes you or anyone else a sucker.
IIRC, while the ProVari is made in-house, the LED isn't. My 1st one I got with the red LED, all others I paid for the color I wanted.

Every time I see a post regarding wicking I'm like my grandson........seriously??!! (That's his word for anything I say out my mouth)

What also bugs me is that while all things vaping are being turned over by vapers with a fine tooth comb, that doesn't stop anyone from buying out of China or parts unknown because the prices are cheaper.

We've no clue what questionable standards are being used in China or anywhere else yet if someone thought they could get that big box of rayon from Fasttech they'd do it in a heartbeat!

but.... 99%(+) of the gear you buy from a B&M or online US vendor comes from China, Fasttech, Gearbest and the like just cuts out the middle man.

I feel like just because I used to smoke does not mean I can't or don't care about what I am vaping, after all I vape for harm reduction (and because I really enjoy it) so why not try and reduce any risks as much as possible. One great thing about vaping is we have learned more and more about it over the past several years, so, anything I feel uneasy about I can and will avoid while others may have a different risk level assessment and can do as they please too.

I went thru all my tanks and compared prices at FT and HG and HG beats FT on most (but not all) replacement tank prices. I have a cart loaded at HG of nothing but tank glass, and a few others in my cart at FT to order along with nauti bases, pico silicones, etc

Vaping in and of itself is harm reduction so I get you there. When I was smoking cigarettes, I knew they were harmful but that didn't stop me or any of us from buying them until we were ready to make that change. While we were smoking, I seriously doubt anyone was researching to death all the things that go into a cigarette. I know I wasn't.
That's not to say I care less about what goes in my body but I figure PG, VG, nic & some wick is the the least of my problems. I'm just happy I can walk down the street without having to stop to catch my breath!
