Ha-Ha..I see you look at the glass as being half full.
I see it is as being half empty.
Either is great as long as you are not smoking...

"An optimist will tell you the glass is half-full; the pessimist, half-empty; and the engineer will tell you the glass is twice the size it needs to be"![]()
I disagree."An optimist will tell you the glass is half-full; the pessimist, half-empty; and the engineer will tell you the glass is twice the size it needs to be"![]()
But that attitude might get you in trouble in some circles...As a vaper I see the glass as refillable! lol
Really, there is a difference between being a pessimist and being a realist. You beat me to it.
As for how much saved and not smoked see my signature.
Pessimist says "it can't get any worse" and realist says "it can"?Really, there is a difference between being a pessimist and being a realist.

Now THAT is a physicist's perspective. Very good. You forgot to mention the temperatureThe glass is always full. Sometimes it's full of air. Sometimes a combination.
Yup, and also it can get better if we...
The point is that if you only have a half a glass of water a (good) engineer
knows it's time to get some more.
Still waiting on my mini-USB rubber plugs that I ordered so still not totally stocked.
And since someone posted a video by a muckraker stirring .... for attention here's today's video from some actual advocates that actively advocate for vaping rights.
Let's have a knock down drag out fight about this, shall we?I tend to lean on the realist side but the engineers perspective is not wrong. I have a peak building load, that's the water, I have a system that needs to cool/heat that load, that's the glass. If my glass is half full, my system is over-sized. Opening the windows when it's 95 out to get "more water" would not be recommended, decreasing the size of the system would be.
Some are closed just insert a pod use it till it's gone, toss it. We have no idea if they could be approved just like we don't know if disposables could be, but closed systems "seem" to be what FDA "might" approve. But as we all know you can add juice to a disposable and a pod could be hacked to add juice. So who knows at this point what will be approved. It just seems closed systems have a better chance.Dumb question but why would these make it through? If they are refillable technically they are the same as any open ended systems and even if they are not refillable they still contain the stuff the FDA objects too. What am I missing?
I don't understand how the FDA rationalizes this but then little the FDA does makes senses to me.Some are closed just insert a pod use it till it's gone, toss it. It has to do with a finished tobacco product BUT would FDA approve a Provari and a Kabuki topper as assembled as a finished product ? They might, who knows at this point. But if I was Provape I might try it if I had the necessary cash laying aroundI
