We have quite a few vapers where I work. I tried to tell them what was coming but they laughed about it. One guy even claimed to have read the deeming info and wasn't the slightest bit worried about stocking up. He claimed that he understood everything that was happening and would be happy to fill me in....and then added that I should stay off the forums.

I live in Taxachusettes so he's screwed whether he knows it or not yet. They have been chomping at the bit to get taxes on e-cigs for years.

As evil as it is to feel this way...... if the deeming stays as is, and likely the tobacco part of it will stay so that the tax benefits can be gleaned, I'll have a really hard time not smiling while I vape in that guys face in the future LOL.

And yes, he is the type to come begging me for his juice and I will not tell him that I have 7-10 liters in the bank  bwahahaha

Somewhere out there
Well I just placed two minor orders from 3Fvape and Fasttech for replacement tanks and a few coils. Something small and easy to get out the door. For the minor savings of $2 tomorrow, I did not wait for the 4th sale rush. So my odds and ends buying are over. Ta da! Feels great :) I will get another Provari and and another drip tip from Molehill mountain, I asked for a special made one :) So now it is just fun stuff LOL Now to keep printing off instructions for all these tanks I got! LOL need to put instructions with everything. Looking at these build decks I can see I will need a magnifying lighted rig to see them close up.

The Ant and the Grasshopper
grasshopper-and-ant.jpg

In a field one summer's day a Grasshopper was hopping about, chirping and singing to its heart's content. An Ant passed by, bearing along with great load of vape mail he was taking to the nest.

"Why not come and chat with me," said the Grasshopper, "instead of toiling and moiling in that way?"

"I am helping to lay up vape supplies for the Dark Ages of Vape," said the Ant, "and recommend you to do the same."

"Why bother about Deeming Regs?" said the Grasshopper; "We have got plenty of Vape supplies and stores at present." But the Ant went on its way and continued its toil.

When the Dark Ages of Vape came the Grasshopper had no Vape and found itself dying for a vape - while it saw the ant enjoy a nice vape and blow a cloud of vaper from the supplies he had collected in the summer. Then the Grasshopper knew: It is best to prepare for days of need.

Best bet is to either download them or scan them and save them as pdf files. No worries about spills, tears, or forgetting what drawer your put them all in.

...

I can't tell you How Many people have told me when Deeming is mentioned...

"What's the Big Deal? So the FDA is going to put an 18 or Older Age Limit on e-Cigarettes. Isn't that a Good Thing?."

I think the FDA has been Masterful in Keeping the Focus on the 18+ Age Limit when dealing with the Lamestream Media. And keeping the Focus Off the Utter Decimation of a Tobacco Harm Reduction market.

Great idea, I need to do that too :)
I pick up quick with visual than I do by reading something. I thought that it may be possible that those types of videos would be taken down so wanted them before anything happens.

I thought that too, what would we do without YouTube instructions!

There are (or have been) people on this very forum. "Nothing to worry about; stocking up isn't necessary; it will all be fine." I honestly hope they are right and that in 3-5 years, I'll still be able to buy nice mods, atties, and fresh nic base. But I'm sure not counting on it.

My Theory is...

If they are Right, and I get Stocked Up, then I have Nothing to Worry About.
If they are Wrong, and I get Stocked Up, then I have Nothing to Worry About.

So Either way, I have Nothing to Worry About.

And Life is Too Short to Worry About things.

Exactly!

Plus I ask myself: Is the stuff I've bought for "stock" likely to be cheaper or more expensive in the future?

I mean even if Cole-Bishop or HR 2058 pass into law and some of the lawsuits prevail, and all the stuff we love remains available in the formal/legitimate market, there's little doubt in my mind that goobermints are chomping on the bit to tax it heavily. It wasn't feasible to put away a lifetime supply of cigarettes when they were less than $1.00 a pack, but I sure would have saved a pretty good pile of money if it had.
